14 Sathorn Hotel

Transport- The hotel is near the Wongwian Yai BTS ,about 2-3 minutes walk. Room service-Our hotel room was cleaned everyday , Water, tea and coffee were loaded up everyday. Reception- the receptionists are all lovely and welcoming, we paid 500Bhat as a deposit which was fully refunded when we clocked out, we were given two access cards without any additional cost Smell- the hotel and our room smelled great. The tv and air conditioner works well but the air conditioner seems to be set to one temperature and there’s only a small window in the room. The room is quite small for a double room but it’s not a big deal. Overall I’d recommend this hotel and I’d visit again and again.

The hotel is very clean and it is near to train station. There are some places to eat nearby and has 7-eleven around the corner. Hotel receptionist Ms Bene is very polite and professional. Thank you for the 3nights stay from 30july and will stay again if I’ll come to wongwian Yai again.

Love the warmth of the service, staffs can speak basic English and want to assist if you ask them. Room was good, space was okay suitable for couples. Just water pressure for shower may need to check since kinda slow comapred to bidet that was jet speed. Location wise near to BTS and inside and city outskirt neighbourhood. Overall considered safe and have 2 7Elevens nearby. Overall for solo and couples I recommend this stay, just to remind that the location is a bit outskirt but have BTS nearby and Bolt/Grab can still come for pickup/drop off.

This hotel is very nice and hotel staff is also polite as they do their greetings everyday.

Amazing clean and modern hotel, with close access to BTS ( 2 min walk). The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The staff are genuinely very friendly. Many local restaurants in the street, with a 7 Eleven just around the corner. Bathrooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. I'll definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect as many eateries around and 5 mins walking distance to Wongwenyai BTS and 7-11. Just a normal room for sleepy. Only one thing bad is the bed and the pillow is not comfortable. Other than that, all ate good. Still a word, worth to stay. as the price is cheap.

Terrible service, aggressive staff Management Mess and False Accusations: During checkout, the staff claimed there was a missing bath towel and suspected me of taking it. The truth is, I didn't even use the bathroom during my stay, and the room was left exactly as it was when I checked in. They had zero proof that two towels were provided in the first place, yet they blamed their own inventory mistake on me.
