I'd been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to stay here. The high ratings online definitely made sense. The good points were: - A large washing machine - A bathtub - Amenities provided (though no slippers or toothbrush) These were the biggest pros. The downsides were: - The Wi-Fi occasionally disconnected (you have to log in via a web portal with your room number and password). - To fill the bathtub, you have to use the shower, which had unstable water temperature and pressure, making it inconvenient. - The TV had the Tver app, but it seemed to need an update, so I couldn't watch it. YouTube and Netflix worked fine. - It's about a 20-minute walk from the nearest BTS station. The road in front was under renovation, and with luggage, the path from the station partway to the hotel was rough and had a lot of traffic. There's a 7-Eleven next door, and if you head towards the station, there's a TOOS. If you go into the residential area, there were various shops. It's clearly designed for long-term stays, with plenty of hangers, a reclining chair, other chairs, kitchen utensils, and a proper refrigerator. A 1000 baht deposit is required. The staff had a good vibe. However, when I returned at night, there was a guard smoking by the entrance who opened the door for me, but it left a bad impression. I'd rather he wasn't by the entrance at all if he's going to be smoking. In conclusion, if you're not planning on going out much, it's an option. But as a train user, I wouldn't rebook. The price isn't bad, but access is my top priority, so it's a tough sell.

I've stayed here several times now. Every summer for the past few years, we've made it a point to visit Bangkok, and my kids absolutely love the rooftop pool. The room having a washing machine and bathtub is perfect for families traveling with children – no need to rush to do laundry when we get back home! 😊 We really enjoy the relaxed and easygoing pace of life here! 🥳🥳

The location is in an older neighborhood, but transportation is convenient, so there's no need to worry about it being too remote. Plus, there's a convenience store within a 10-minute walk, so basic shopping is no problem at all. On the first day, we had an issue with the hot water not working, but after reporting it the next day, it was dealt with very promptly. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for their help. Minor drawbacks: 1. The Wi-Fi was very unstable; it barely worked after connecting, so I just used my own mobile data. 2. The hot water issue was resolved, but the water pressure was too low, even weaker than the sink, which made showering a bit difficult. 3. The soundproofing was a bit iffy; light sleepers might want to consider this.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, the blanket had a slight musty smell, and the bathroom could be improved as water continuously leaked onto the floor after showering. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

The place is fair for its price.reception ladies are nice and smile all the time. However service isn’t that great. Some of the workers who clean doesn’t try to speak in English. We are foreign in the country and it’s a bit hard to ask something directly to the people who does make up room because they don’t speak in English. The actual cleanliness of room is fair. It got some plastic wrap left in under the couch. The jacuzzi needs to be scheduled with reception. This place is closer to the residential area for the locals it is close to one of the train. But we didn’t get to use it coz we’re afraid to get lost so we took grab each time we go out. There is a washing machine in the room for free, and you have a small rack for drying in a little balcony. Almost a quiet area.

The pool was just right for relaxing in the middle of the day, and the kids loved it. We could do some sightseeing in the morning, relax by the pool at noon, and then head out again in the evening. The location is a good mix of local and tourist spots, with plenty of delicious and affordable street food stalls nearby. The only downside was the lack of hot water. The picture shows a restaurant that was very close by, which is where we had breakfast.

This was the horrible day today for me in Thailand. For the snack we take from the mini bar the receptionist is not refund the 200 RMB deposit, the mini snack cost only 30 bath, and she don't pay me back the deposit. I said I've a Bank card where you can deduct it. She behaved very rudely. And finally manage hotel said accept money buy card.. this was terrible situation and the lady made my travel in Thailand very horrible.

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, making for a very satisfying overall experience. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

My friend and I stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors, respectively. The surrounding streets are great for strolling, with lots of lively food stalls and a 7-Eleven nearby. However, this place requires a deposit. My friend overslept when we were checking out and was charged 200. I was on the 3rd floor, room 305 I think? It was incredibly noisy in the mornings! Motorcycle sounds, bird calls. My friend was in 205, which was an inner room and much quieter, though not as spacious as ours. Overall, the place didn't feel particularly new to me. The main issue was the staff member on our check-out day – she was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and gave us dirty looks as if we'd offended her. Avoid her! Also, there's a Michelin-starred noodle shop nearby, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste.

The room was pretty good, quite spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was large too. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the area has a lively atmosphere, so it's really convenient for meals. I'd definitely recommend it and will book again next time.

Wonderful stay in sarthorn, spacious rooms, great gym, friendly staff.

This hotel is super popular and almost always fully booked. So, if you're not happy with your room type once you get there, chances are you won't be able to switch. The area around here feels quite safe; most of the guests are Westerners, with very few Indian tourists. The front desk staff are all lovely and provide great service. The hotel has a gym and a pool on the 7th floor with a nice view, where you can even see the Pixel Tower. However, getting to the BTS station is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes, which is a little far. Overall, the biggest highlight of this hotel is having a washing machine right in the room, which is super convenient. Other than that, it's pretty standard.
