Maison Hotel Bangkok

I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire team at Maison Hotel Bangkok, especially Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham. On the early morning of 8 September 2026, I accidentally left my phone in a Grab car while returning to the hotel from a restaurant. The situation was especially difficult because the lost phone was the same phone I needed to contact Grab, so I had absolutely no way to reach the driver myself. When I returned to the hotel, it was already very late at night. Mr. Faro, the concierge, went far beyond what I expected. He spent hours helping me write emails, make phone calls, and try different ways to contact Grab’s headquarters. Even after 3 a.m., when there was still no progress, he told me that he would continue to monitor the case and brief his colleague taking over the morning shift so that they could continue following up. After getting almost no sleep, I went down to the lobby around 7 a.m. to check for any updates. There was still no news, but Mr. Beckham, the concierge taking over the shift, already knew the entire situation because Mr. Faro had briefed him. He immediately continued helping me and also took the time to record my lost-phone details again to make sure nothing was missed. Then, around 11 a.m., Grab finally contacted the hotel. The driver agreed to return my phone, and I was able to get it back that afternoon. Losing the phone itself was already stressful, but what worried me most was the important personal information stored inside it. The support from Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham made a huge difference during a very stressful situation. They did not simply tell me to contact Grab myself — they genuinely took ownership of the problem and kept following up even though it was not their responsibility. I am truly grateful to both of them and to the entire Maison Hotel team for their kindness, patience and professionalism. This experience really showed me what excellent hospitality means. I will definitely choose Maison Hotel again the next time I visit Bangkok. Thank you so much, Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham! You both made a very stressful situation much easier for me . 🙏

Very nice and clean. I was there with my family; though it was in a busy street, there was no bothering noise at all. Not so far from the BTS and have Seven Eleven close by.

Great location if you love partying. The fun is just outside but the sound doesn’t reach the room which is so good.

Overall, I had a good stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and everything generally went smoothly during my stay. However, I personally don’t feel that the overall experience quite matches a 5-star hotel standard. The room, facilities and overall atmosphere felt quite basic and more comparable to a good 4-star hotel. There wasn’t really that extra level of luxury, attention to detail or premium experience that I would normally expect from a 5-star property. That said, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay overall, and I would consider staying again if the price is reasonable.
