The hotel truly made for a wonderful getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how accommodating and polite the entire staff was. They went out of their way to help me customize my check-in and check-out times, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean, and feature a lovely modern interior. And the views are simply spectacular—a highlight from both the room and the incredible pool area. Speaking of which, the pool is fantastic, offering those same gorgeous panoramic vistas in a relaxing setting. The dining was another strong point, with a great variety of food at breakfast, including well-considered vegetarian options. It’s worth noting the hotel is a little far from the main public transportation stops. However, this wasn’t a big issue, as it’s quite easy and affordable to get everywhere by taxi. The only other small note is that I was expecting bathrobes in the room, but they weren’t provided. Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise fantastic stay. The hotel's strengths—its amazing staff, beautiful rooms, stunning views, and great amenities—far outweigh the cons. I would absolutely recommend it and will be returning.

My second night stay (due to flight cancelations I booked second night) was slightly better overall. As previous stay, the building is modern and clean, staff are friendly, and the rooftop pool with city views is still a highlight. My room was comfortable and looked tidy, and this time the WiFi worked, although the connection was quite weak. The bathroom still had unstable water temperature, The location is manageable but not very convenient. I later found out the hotel offers shuttle services to nearby key areas like a mall and the airport metro, which is a nice feature. There are also convenience stores and cafés nearby, making the stay easier. Overall, acceptable for the price, but I still wouldn’t choose to stay again mostly due to the inconvenient location.

The hotel is brand new and clean - no complaints there. My issue was that for my 3 nights stay; I consistently had issues with wifi. I reported this issue THREE TIMES because I need it to work, to no avail. Mind you, I booked an executive room with balcony so I expected better amenities. Wifi is a basic requirement - staff also seemed annoyed that I had to request to move to a diff room because of the issues I had. I had to work in the hotel lobby at 2 am in the morning - just so i can work. How crazy is that setup in a hotel?

Very nice hotel near the city and near to the airport Metro station. Rooms were superb and excellent. Staff were nice.

The hotel was wonderful. Good view. Away from city center. Alot of nearby local eateries to choose from. Big C nearby for convenience shopping. Best of all a big 7-11 located right in front on the premise. A Grab or Bolt ride to city center for around BAHT 150

No subway near hotel, use Grab taxi, comfortable bed, cleaning every day, breakfast 3/5. I’m
