• The staff on the ground floor were excellent — very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name (a big gentleman working around the bar), but he left a great impression. • While waiting to go up to the rooftop at 16:30, I ordered food worth around 600 THB. The food was delicious. • Unfortunately, it started raining that day, so instead of the rooftop, I was directed to sit on the 4th floor (which is normally closed, but was opened due to the rain). • I was expecting to enjoy my drink comfortably with a nice view, but my experience on the 4th floor was disappointing. The male staff there did not seem welcoming at all. He tried to move me to the outdoor area even though it was raining, and spoke to me in a loud and unfriendly manner. • It appeared as though he wanted to reserve the 4th floor only for a VIP table that was celebrating a birthday, which made me feel unwelcome as a regular guest. • He mentioned that there was a table with an umbrella outside for photos, but ironically the 4th floor itself (with the glass panels) had a beautiful photo spot without the rain. • After this, his service towards me was very poor.
