Awesome!

You check in at the coffee shop next door. The female owner was very friendly and, for some reason, spoke a little Japanese. This means Japanese people can feel at ease staying here. Check-out is also until 12:00, so you can relax. There's a salon and kitchen in the shared space on the second floor, which you can use freely. The rooms are equipped with all the usual amenities you'd expect in a typical business hotel. There's a balcony, which was useful for washing clothes in the bath and drying them. However, the nearest station (Fai Chai Station on the Blue Line) is about 1 km away, so it might be a bit far for those with large luggage. However, there are many covered walkways, so you won't have to worry if you're caught in a downpour. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and several small food stalls nearby.

The location is good and it's convenient to find food nearby, but the female hotel owner has a terrible attitude. She raised her voice at customers, was irrational, unable to answer questions or resolve problems, unreasonable, and argued incessantly without checking the correct information or what the app provided. I was not impressed.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Fan Chai metro station, about 7-10 minutes. There are several 7/11 and restaurants with food nearby. We were offered several rooms to choose from, we took a room with windows facing the road (the other room had a small window, and we like more light). It is noisy from the road at night, take earplugs. We stayed for a week, we liked everything. The owner is a nice woman, there is cleaning upon request. On the second floor there is a washing machine and a mini kitchen. On the first floor they make delicious coffee with a discount for residents. We recommend.

There is no elevator here. People with a lot of luggage may have some difficulty. But the hotel has a luggage porter service. Very good service, good price, accommodation on the main road. And there are a lot of restaurants.

The room is clean and the service staff is friendly. There is a terrace in the room, but the window cannot be opened. It is too close to the roadside and it is really noisy. There is Temple Arun and the Grand Palace nearby. It would be better to take a taxi. There is a big fish in front of the store. It is very beautiful. There is also a cute big white cat.
