The pillow is too soft, and the window curtain does not block sunlight, so you will be woken up by the bright morning sun. Furthermore, there is no auto-lock locker system using a card, and the worst part is that no lock pack is provided. Check-in was a bit slow. The family room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator, so it's more suitable for solo travelers. Other than that, everything was fine; towels and soap were provided 👍🏼

The staff was friendly and the standard facilities such as water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine and etc are well prepared. Only the washing machine requires you to pay 40 THB and you need to buy powder and softener at 7 eleven. At least it was really convenient for us a lot.
