Convenient location next to train station and close to shopping centres. Room is a bit small though.

Best location if you will be shopping around siam area. Right in front of the hotel is the National Stadium station which is 1 stop from Siam station. Hotel help receive and store my parcel before I arrived in Bangkok. Receptionists were friendly and polite.

Good location near BTS national stadium with convenient 7-11 on hotel 1st floor.
kindness, patience, child-friendly and heartwarming environment. During our stay, one of the highlights of trip was the daily "towel animal wishes." My son leave a message to house keeping team in the morning, and when we back to room at night we get a new surprise brought so much joy.deeply appreciated ibis team

The stay at IBIS was great. They made a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and she was really happy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to BTS exit and has 7-11 at the hotel entrance, very convenient. Fully recommend it!

Hotel is at excellent location.
Room is simple and clean.
For me I would prefer to have a room with better light as I am here for business, the whole yellow light burn out my eyes
And the elevator takes forever to wait
Staffs are very friendly and kind may consider next time but not a must

Such a great stay at Ibis Siam. The hotel is very well located, just a few steps far from the MBK mall. The staff is very nice and helpful. Specially Ellie at reception desk who was very kind and supportive helping me with everything I needed.
