The hotel was good, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. On the second day, they forgot to vacuum the floor.
The breakfast could be improved, missing a good coffee and sausages have a weird smell. The location is in the interior of a neighborhood with difficult access but the BTS station is 500 meters away (about 8-10 minutes walking). Staff was always polite. Recommended.

The hotel is in good condition and located in the city center. That’s all the good news.
The rooms are small.
The pool is a big bathtub in the parking lot
NO soundproof at all in the rooms
We asked for the quieter room possible, far from the elevator and in the upper floor. We got a room in the third floor (second because ground they call first), not far from the elevator and definitely not quiet, but this looks impossible, as the building cannot be rebuild to make the rooms quiet.

The staff is very friendly, and the place is fairly clean. The location close to bts, and there are good stalls and massage places around. But the noise is way too loud, we can hear everything in the hall, people with their suitcases, closing doors, our sleep kept getting interrupted, I would not recommend staying here if you need your 8hour sleep.

Had worst experience at this hotel. Not worth the money at all. Better hotels are available in this price range.
Their twin room was like a box with windows which does not open. It was suffocating, when we requested hotel to open the windows they simply denied.Staff was not supportive at all
Swimming pool is very small. It is not at all like it’s shown in the pictures
Locality is not good, it was located somewhere in narrow alley.
Don’t provide even kettle/ coffee/ tea sachet in rooms in this price.
Towels were torn and quite old

Perfect location, just close to Raychatewi BTS station. Easy to find good authentic Thai food from market nearby the hotel. Good staffs.
Room are small for 185 cm tall men but clean :)

Hotel located in the deep aisle around 700-800M.From BTS rachathewi st. Staff told me to use exit 3 but there is no elevator! Better use exit2 and take elevator.
They claim that has tuk tuk service but I called, they said only drop off from hotel no pick up service. This is frustrated since guest must carry the luggage, however at check out date also no drop off service and they never ask for drop off.
The funny thing is at 11.30am hotel reception called each room to remind check out 12pm. I think it more easily if just inform guest when check in. Btw I left hotel 11:40am.
Cleaning is the good part of this hotel. Even toilet small size but bed comfortable and clean.
I will never return to this hotel again.

We stayed in a twin room for six nights, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience. Although we knew the window couldn't be opened when we booked, we didn’t expect it to be fully covered with wallpaper. It felt like we weren’t on vacation because we couldn’t see outside at all—we didn’t even know if it was day, night, sunny, or raining. We asked the receptionist for an upgrade to a king bedroom which has the window view, offering to pay more, but she was unhelpful and didn’t prioritize us as existing guests who had already paid in full. She claimed the room type we requested was occupied and asked us to check back the next day, instead of offering to contact us if a room became available. It didn’t make sense that she didn’t know whether the room would be available or not—did she not have the check-in and check-out list for the next day? Or was she waiting for a walk-in guest? As soon as we checked online, the king bedroom she said to which was fully booked was available for instant confirmation, proving that the staff lied to us and didn’t respect our concerns. She kept insisting that the only available upgrade was a balcony room, which would cost 500 baht more per night. I won’t come here again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Goodbye.

Is about 10mins walk to the BTS station. Quite a localised area where you can find local market in the morning. The room does not come with kettle, tea and coffee.

The lady reception is very rude.
Breakfast selection is limited. Showing 4stars hotel but just like 3stars hotel. Not recommended to traveller, and location is a lil far from the BTS Station. Not very convenient. No sound proof in the room.
Checkout time is 12PM but TUK TUK service to BTS station is not available at that time DUE TO DRIVER IS TAKING A BREAK??! What kind of service & system is this? Asked me to wait for 1hour then i asked after 1H then asked me to wait again for 30MINS? So disappointed!!!
You should ready your tuk tuk service from 12PM - 12:30PM for your check-out Guest instead. Really bad service in here!!! One & Last time here!

We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.When you contacted us the second time and we could not locate our driver at that moment, we searched for him and found that he was unwell and vomiting in the restroom.
