Excellent location and service, but in urgent need of a tech upgrade. I stayed for two days, and my experience was positive regarding the location and service. The hotel is excellently situated, close to shopping and nightlife areas, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always assisting with any arrangements to get around the city. I also appreciate thoughtful touches like the complimentary minibar, coffee, and tea in the room. The breakfast is very comprehensive, offering a good variety of both Eastern and Western options. However, for a 5-star hotel, I believe it's necessary to point out that it has fallen behind in terms of modernization. Nowadays, a hotel of this category should offer an integrated technological experience, and this is where the hotel loses many points. The outlets are conventional, without USB ports, and the electrical control system is outdated. Furthermore, the bathroom is not very functional: the shower cabin is very small, and the toilet system is clearly old; they've added an electronic lid with heating functions, but it's very inconvenient because the space between the lid and the cistern is minimal, forcing you to make awkward maneuvers to flush. Additionally, the breakfast room feels too small for the hotel's capacity (and we were never informed about the existence of a second floor). On the other hand, the information about the spa on the 30th floor is confusing: it's advertised as a free service, but upon arrival, you realize it only includes the gym and pool, with massages being chargeable. It would be much more professional to clarify this upfront. In summary, it's a hotel with great human service, but it needs a thorough renovation of its facilities to truly meet current 5-star standards.

The location is great, though it's a bit noisy since it's close to the main road, but getting around is super convenient. It's right next to the embassy, a shopping mall, the BTS station, and a 7-Eleven. You can just stroll there with the kids.

Convenient location, close to the subway and the large Siam shopping mall, good service, and a diverse breakfast. Clean and large swimming pool on the 2nd floor with a jacuzzi. Free minibar and snacks in the room, replenished daily. Cons: A deposit of 5,000 baht is charged upon check-in, despite the booking stating 3,000 baht. The room is a bit dusty. Overall, an excellent hotel, highly recommended.

We are very grateful to the hotel staff for fulfilling all our special requests regarding the room! The room matched the description and photos – it had a bedroom, a living-dining area, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space to unpack and hang clothes. The kitchen was equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and washing machine. Washing machine powder in small packets was replenished daily. The mini-bar was free and also refilled. There were enough cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. Unfortunately, despite having a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang washed clothes; usually, there's a special line in the bathroom, but it was missing here. There was no iron in the room. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and towels were changed. For some reason, when the bed was made, our folded pajamas were pulled out from under the pillows and left in piles on the bedside tables. After noticing this on the first day, we started removing our pajamas from the bed altogether – but we've never encountered this before. Instead of curtains, there were wooden blinds, which were a bit inconvenient to use – you had to go around and close each one – but they darkened the room well. We didn't hear our neighbors, but street noise and the train could sometimes be heard through the closed windows. There were air conditioners in every room. In the bedroom, it blew directly onto the bed, and could only be adjusted by temperature. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and a hairdryer. The bathroom itself was poorly designed – the bathtub had a very sharp outer corner that we constantly bumped our legs against. Also, there were significant issues with water pressure; it was impossible to use the shower and the sink faucet simultaneously, for instance. The shower in the shower cabin couldn't be adjusted for height or spray, and couldn't be held in hand – it was fixed firmly to the wall. It was clearly old, and the water flow was such that you had to stand right against the wall to wash. Given the poor water pressure, showering became an annoyance rather than a pleasure. There was also a shower in the bathtub that could be held, but you could only wash while sitting. Moreover, the water from it would flow onto the tiles along the wall and then directly onto the floor towards the door. The toilet flush was very slow; you had to hold the handle for a long time. The hotel staff at the reception and by the doors were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Free luggage storage was available. Computers and coffee were provided free of charge in the lobby. The swimming pool was very pleasant, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it – it was occupied by unsupervised children all day until evening, making noise and splashing, so relaxation was impossible. The only time they weren't there was early in the morning. Breakfast was a buffet with Asian and European cuisine. There was plenty of food and it was quite diverse, so a European guest would definitely find something to eat. However, there were problems with timely replenishment of consumed items. The cheese was not refilled at all, and every morning I had to scrape oatmeal from the bottom, and then the empty pot would just sit there. The breakfast area was small, and there were many guests. There wasn't a queue, but it was hard to find a comfortable table to avoid bumping elbows with neighbors. The hotel is located at the corner of the BTS line and Ploenchit station – which is very convenient, on one hand. On the other hand, we didn't find an elevator or escalator nearby, only stairs, making it difficult for someone with luggage or an elderly person to ascend. From the pedestrian SKY WALK on the BTS line, you can access Central Embassy mall, and from there, via an air-conditioned walkway, to the neighboring Central. Both have food courts and a large Tops supermarket. Overall, the impression was mixed. We booked the room at a discount, and for that price, the stay was satisfactory. However, this room usually sells for more, and it's definitely not worth that higher price. The main significant advantage of this hotel is its location – right next to the metro; everything else can be found better and cheaper in the same area.

I was very worried about the floods in Thailand, but I needn't have been, because the hotel helped me solve all my problems. For instance, they answered all my questions about the surrounding road conditions, public safety, and transportation. Every staff member was wonderful, warm, polite, and always smiling. I thank them for their hospitality. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Thailand, and I hope you all get to experience it too! 👍👍👍

The hotel's location is in a prime area of Bangkok, making it very convenient to get around by BTS. There are also department stores and convenience stores nearby. The room itself is quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub for soaking. The mini-fridge was stocked with drinks, and we were also provided with snacks.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location! We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and were very satisfied. The location is simply superb – everything is nearby, making it very easy to get around. A big plus for us was being able to smoke on the balcony, which was important. The hotel itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nearby, there's an excellent shopping mall with high-end brands and a huge selection of shops – top-notch shopping! Yes, the hotel is a bit old, but that doesn't spoil the impression at all. The front desk staff and all other personnel are very responsive and helpful with any issue. This kind of service completely smooths over any minor nuances related to the hotel's age. Definitely recommend for a stay!

The room was great, spacious, and had a balcony. The hygiene was also good. The surrounding commercial area is quite touristy. The major letdown was breakfast. After eating it on the first day, I had an upset stomach (and I'm not someone with a sensitive stomach; this kind of thing happens maybe once every two or three years). Many guests also complained that the coffee from the machine was only lukewarm. On the second day, the milk poured from the warm milk pitcher looked almost like yogurt ☺️. If it weren't for the breakfast issue, I would have been willing to stay here for a few more days. I hope the hotel seriously reviews and controls the quality of their breakfast.

The hotel rooms are spacious enough, and generally clean. The staff are polite. It's very convenient to have Let's Relax on the 30th floor. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station.
