The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam Bangkok

A great hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a very central location. I would book it again anytime.

The staff who checked us in spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The evening check-in staff were just okay, but not bad.

Good city hotel. It's next to 3 shopping malls and Big C. The pool is clean, breakfast is good, and the room is spacious. The only downside is the very noisy air conditioner.

We stayed as a family with two children and booked a family room in the main tower. The hotel is excellent, and check-in was quick. A staff member from reception, Pooh, escorted us to our room, explaining and showing us everything. He was a very polite young man. We didn't use the pool on the 11th floor since we only stayed for one night, but it looked decent. Our room was on the 34th floor with an excellent view, though there was no balcony. The room wasn't large, but it was newly renovated, and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped (bathtub, shower, etc.). There was a refrigerator, coffee machine, tea, coffee, cups, spoons, etc. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes: scrambled eggs with various toppings, soup, hot dishes, vegetables, fruits, and pastries. Notably, there was also yogurt, sushi, pita bread with different fillings. All amenities are nearby, including shopping malls, 7/11, and public transportation. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. The large CentralWorld shopping mall is a 5-minute walk across from Big C. It was convenient to move between the malls using the covered overhead pedestrian bridges, which was very useful during the rain.

Extremely convenient location! Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam Night Market are just a short walk away. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and a street with plenty of food options right behind the hotel for evening meals. Plus, if you want a massage, you just have to go downstairs!

My daughter absolutely loved the bunk beds; they were huge, almost like a ********* double bed. The room was generally clean, and the water pressure was great. The service was excellent, and having breakfast in the same building was very convenient. The service was consistently top-notch. When we left, they were able to arrange a taxi directly for us, and a car for 700 THB easily fit our four large suitcases. We stayed in the main building for the first two days, and then here for the last day.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to the airport link, no transfers needed. I chose a room in the main building, so I didn't have to switch elevators, which was very convenient. Although there are 6 elevators, they can sometimes be a bit slow. Across the street is the famous Pratunam chicken rice, so if you want a late-night snack, it's right there. The only downside is that the toilet flush isn't very powerful, and it often doesn't flush completely.
