I stayed here for a night in room 440. Unfortunately, I forgot to request a higher floor when booking. Despite that, I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel.
I booked a room that included an airport pick-up service. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service — from the doorman who helped with my luggage at the entrance, to the front desk staff who handled check-in efficiently, and the porter who brought my bags to the room while explaining the hotel’s facilities and services. The housekeeping staff and breakfast team were also very polite and friendly. Everyone seemed well-trained, always smiling and making guests feel welcome.
The check-in process was smooth and easy. A cash or credit card deposit was required. I arrived around 10 a.m., and the staff kindly allowed me to check in early, even though the official check-in time was after 2 p.m. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is convenient — just a short walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall.
On the day I stayed, the hotel was cleaning the exterior windows, which caused a bit of disturbance, but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was good, though I didn’t have much time to enjoy it. Unfortunately, I also didn’t get the chance to visit the rooftop, swimming pool, or gym.
The hotel also provides a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service within a 1-kilometer radius, which is very convenient.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and the warm, professional service. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
