All is average (standard hotel), on my visited day there were groups tour ( I think it is normal of this hotel) everything at front look busy. Way to parking lot is very tiny for me.

The hotel service is absolute terrible. Receptionist and managers DO NOT entertain to ANY reasonable requests. Tell you if you not happy just go off. Hope your business collapse with no one coming to stay!! Horrible attitude from staffs!!!

Room was very nice, staff helpful and the buffet breakfast has a lot of choice and well worth 200 baht if not included in your room booking. Has a pool, little small but on a nice decked area. Pool is a sunny spot and not much shade so be prepared. Tv has only Thai channels, no cable or satellite channels like many other hotels in Bangkok. It’s far out of main parts of Bangkok but if you are not into the night life it’s a good budget hotel.

Overall, it's pretty good. I took my child to attend the summer camp of Singapore International School and booked a hotel for a week. It's good value for money, clean and quiet. The tap water in the sink is too hot. I turned it to cold water and the water was too little. The indoor air conditioner is too cold. The highest setting can only be 22 degrees. It's in the range of 18-22 degrees. I need to turn off the air conditioner halfway. Other aspects are okay. It's closer to Regent International School, just across the road. There is a 711 downstairs of the hotel, and it's also convenient to eat nearby. There are also banks (the exchange rate is better than the airport, the airport is 4.49, and here is 4.67) and massage (Thai traditional essential oil 450 baht). It's more than 20 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi Airport, and it's about 70 baht to the nearby big c and other shopping malls by taxi.
