Disappointed with the cleaning service. Stayed for 4 nights and requested only 2 room services. The first one was fine, but after the second, we returned to find that the bed sheets had not been changed (even though it was already the 3rd day), the towels left on the floor were not replaced, and the floor was not cleaned. Either communication with the guest was poor, or something simply went wrong...

Greatly recommended this hotel if you want to stay at Sathorn area. Surasak BTS is just outside of the hotel but there is barely any noise. There is a cafe called Coffee Club downstairs, there are also two 7-11 stores nearby. Amenities that can be improved include the gym facilities and aircond in the room that make noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

It was my third stay in this hotel (2018; 2023; 2025). Great location & area. Nice colors and amenities. Over the years you see some lacks in cleaning. Pool is still stunning and the staff still very friendly. Would book again.

This hotel has an amazing location right next to the BTS skytrain station, which makes getting around super easy. The staff, both at the front desk and the bellhops, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.

This is our 3rd time but probably last in this hotel, since my son love its location ( Near bts and can see bts from window). Unfortunately this time I made the mistake and forgot my galaxy ear buds on the night table, since we were in a hurry. After realising my mistake, i immediately called the hotel and asked them if the housekeeper found it . The reception checked and said housekeeper did not find anything. I explained on the phone, that even though its not very very expensive, this air bud means a lot to me, and that it is important for me to find it . I asked if in the morning when the housekeeper is doing the room, if she could recheck again . She said housekeeper cannot do it, since another guest has checked in . And i need to wait until the 17th . I explained my fear that on the 17th it might be already taken eventually, if they could just ask the guests or let the housekeeper look again. I was not asking to go through their guests luggage or so. The reception said. She will ask the housekeeper and call me back the next day. 2 days passed and no one called me back. Today i called again, and again, same answer, only no we cannot disturb the guest ( i understand this point, but really, there are nice ways to ask the guests or to find a solution ) , and the fact that housekeeper is cleaning, why cant she just have a look under the bed or nearby ?? They gave no explanation, only repeating the same sentence. No we cannot . To be honest, I feel like once i check out i am no longer important. After service is zero . Even its my fault that i forgot my air buds, it is really not that hard to assist to make the client, in this case me, feel understood and helped. I explained many times, i can buy new air buds, but this one was a special gift from someone important, so buying a new one would have not the same meaning . But the hotel seems not interested in all. Really disappointed. So for all who are planning to stay, dont forget anything. Because once you forget, you will not get any assistance. Because when you checked out, you are not important anymore.

The suite I stayed in had a musty smell and visible dust, which was already a concern — but the bigger issue was the tap water. It came out reddish with sediment, and even after running it for over half an hour, it didn’t clear up. I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub at all. I mentioned this during checkout, not to complain, but sincerely hoping the hotel could look into it for future guests. The staff responded politely, though I was a little taken aback when they pointed out that I hadn’t reported the issue during the night. I understand the intention behind the reply, but I guess I was quietly hoping for a simple apology or reassurance.

Enjoy the amenties esp the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is good and western and eastern varieties. The room size is spacious with big bathroom.

Bangkok is well know for rush hours. Hotel next to sky train is an A list. Also fair price with bathtub skyview!!!! common worth it. Highly recommend for people, who want to stay during non tourist time.
