The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Nana Plaza, and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store right across the street. The breakfast was fantastic! This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Bangkok.

Good hotel for short stay with location easy to move around and do some shopping and dinning. Can be too loud at nights due tot he bustling street with lots of bars and loud music.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The staff were warm and always ready to help. Location made sightseeing super easy. Would definitely return!

The aircon in the room was noisy and did not react to different temperature settings, so I had to turn it off during the night. The rooftop pool is open only until 18:00, and the cocktails in rooftop bar were overpriced and low quality (local spirits, not following classic recipes), which is pity because the rooftop pool and bar was one of the main factors for choosing a hotel in Bangkok for me. Otherwise - OK, amazing views from 22nd floor.

This Novotel is located in the heart of Bangkok and a very quick walk from the nearest BTS so was really convenient. Theres plenty of food options around and hotel is overall nice with a great pool and bar upstairs. However, this place has the vibe of a hotel where middle aged men come to cheat on their wives?! I don’t know how else to explain it. The absolute worst crowd. I stayed there for two nights and I didn’t get a chance to see any women or family, just thirsty looking middle aged men. The breakfast buffet was small but overall very good food. The staff were courteous and really helpful. I wish the hotel didn’t have such bad crowd is all. From a girl’s trip perspective we didn’t love it.

Stayed at this hotel a few times but this time was a little disappointed. Upon arrival room wasn’t ready and was asked to take an adjoining room because they a fully booked. All amenities have to be requested such as toothbrushes and others. Previously it wasn’t. I guess hotel policies have changed.

Excellent hotel and great location. The view from rooftop is mesmerizing. The staff were very welcoming and they gave me the room of my choice. Will surely be back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super large comfortable bed with lovely smooth linen. Spacious room too. Awesome roof top bar with great views onto the city. Tried the lunchtime buffet which was quite mediocre.

At first the receptionist told me that she cannot find my booking, until she checked her email. Then they blocked a deposit like 3 times the room charge (1 day stay). Breakfast doesn't have much choice, will be boring for few days. The day of departure after 2 call and +15min nobody came pick up the luggage, the hall was a utter mess wiith luggage everywhere. A okay stay, hotel fine for a night.
