Resort V - Mrt Huai Khwang Reviews

Used this hotel for a trip with friends. I don't think it's what Japanese people would typically consider a resort hotel. While it does have a pool, there's nothing else particularly special about it.

The room is okay and the location is fine, but the staff were not good. They tried to charge an extra 500 baht for the key.

The room is right next to the pool. The air is fresh, and there's a 7-Eleven right here, so everything you need is in one place.

This hotel isn't just bad, it's the absolute worst I've ever stayed in. 1. The duvet clearly hasn't been washed in at least a month; just look at the picture, it's filthy. 2. The pool water hasn't been changed in at least a month either; my whole body was incredibly itchy after swimming. 3. The faucet in the bathroom was broken, and there was no water coming from the sink tap. 4. The springs in the mattress were broken, offering no support and poking into you. 5. The front desk staff provided extremely poor service. Everything I've said above is entirely true, with no exaggeration whatsoever.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was old and musty, dilapidated, the bed was broken and damaged, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, maybe just turned inside out. It was a terrible experience. The bathroom was very old, the swimming pool was dirty, the air conditioning didn't cool, and the door was very difficult to open. I only stayed for a short time before having to check out. I was staying with my family, and everyone felt terrible.

The hotel is basic , it provides a place for rest . Its not really top notch but neither its very bad. 2.5 to 3 stars definitely . Win part if you have kids , there is a pool. Bad part pool is quite dirty with the hotel is surrounded by trees and leaves . Full of leaves even if morning the cleaner already collected all the leaves and the pump is quite weak. Wifi also can be improved. Very weak wifi. But the room the space the location is all superb . Thank you

Resort-V is very convince for our trip. Near hotel have restaurant,24 hour 7-Eleven,Laundry machine and also some street food shop.Walking distance from Huai Kwang MRT station. Near Huai Kwang night market.Hotel counter service also very pleasure for us.

Seriously, it was terrible. My friend came back to the room at night and found that the curtain rod had fallen down. There were ants all over the room, and the wall was damaged

Good for Budget Traveller, Location is good depends on your purpose and itenerary.

The room was very cheap and just within the city, however, the room was very dirty. The beds have lots of stains. The curtains covering the entry doors looks like they were never cleaned. We even saw fake eyelashes stuck on it. Even the bathroom curtains were very dirty. VERY MUCH. The room service, we had to ask them every day to clean up the room. Which was such a hassle. We were expecting to come home and relax but then the room is still dirty. The sinks also have leaks.

My stay at Resort V - MRT Huai Khwang was surprisingly comfortable and convenient. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to get around Bangkok without the stress of traffic. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a cozy feel that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—definitely a relief in Bangkok’s heat. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with simple requests. While the hotel isn’t overly luxurious, it offers great value for the price.

The website didn't mention about the security fee. Only found out about it at the place. Some of the staff not friendly

I really love the view from the balcony. You can see the swimming pool and it's great for photos.

The room was dirty, the blankets and sheets were very soiled, and the room had a musty smell. It definitely needs improvement. The only good thing is the location, as it's within walking distance to Huai Khwang MRT station and there's a 7-Eleven nearby.
