Close to the BTS station, about a minute walk. Many restaurants, cafe, and convenient stores in the vicinity. Nice and clean room. There is a sharing kitchen to do some light cooking. There is also a washing and a drying machine in the property. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Bangkok.

The customer service is very enthusiastic! BTS is next door! The hotel facilities are also great! There is no charge for simple breakfast.. There is also free laundry and drying! There are TOPS out there!

It is very convenient to reach the MRT in less than a minute's walk. It is a small and cozy B&B. The room is suitable for 4 people. The children like the bunk bed space. The kitchen and space in the common area can be used more. There is also a washing machine for us. Good value for cleaning clothes.

It's a whole old building converted. It was remodeled with great care, and most rooms also have bunk beds + double beds. Very suitable for a family of 3-4 people. The location is just 30m away from the BTS pedestrian elevator, super super convenient. The service is of course AB&B level, which cannot be compared with hotels. The main reason is that the cleanliness can be improved a little bit, not to say that it is bad, it has 80 points now, but some people with cleanliness may not be used to it.

Except that the left toilet is easy to plug, everything else is satisfactory. It is recommended that each room be provided with a spare toilet pump.

I personally loved this place. It was nice and cozy with a lot of room compared to the other accomodations I stayed in Thailand and Bangkok. The bathrooms were modern, they provided towels. The had a smart TV. The theme of the place was very cute. The staff were very nice. There was a laundry machine free of charge wash and dry. There was breakfast and coffee provided for free. The lounge area was quite nice and had board games. Overall the place was affordable, situated right next to a train station and wasn’t loud at all. They also supplied us with earplugs but we didn’t need them. I would stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok again. I would only say the only downside was the stairs as we were on the second highest level and had heavy luggage, but not a big issue in my opinion. Still loved it.

It's a small and cozy hotel. Love the decor and little details. There is a shared kitchen whereby they provide very simple breakfast and snacks. Drinking water is available to refill yourself. Give 4.99 stars. It will be perfect if there is lift available.

Nicest place to stay. With the BTS Phra Khanong station just within 2 mins walk away. Very clean, unique and pretty little place. Henry was very helpful and kind too. We will surely be back to stay again.

We stayed in a lovely family room with a master bedroom and bunk beds in the living space. The rooms was only the fourth floor (no lift). Staff were very warm and welcoming. Location is exceptional and very convenient - you can almost touch the MRT station out the window. (this however did make the rooms very noisy with trains, traffic noise - although they do provide earplugs) We were given a small gift for Christmas Day which was a very thoughtful touch. I had the impression from other reviews that a light breakfast was provided but this is not the case (perhaps my misunderstanding) but you can bring your own food to prepare in the shared kitchen. Biscuits and coffee available at any time. We would definitely stay again

The place was very pleasant and clean. It was thoughtfully designed. It’s location was perfect. Not too busy, not too remote. Just the right convenience for the neighborhood. You should check out the buildings nearby. A lot of them would pique your interest. We also really appreciate the hospitality of the staff despite language differences and love that there were free snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and washing machine and dryer available for use. Will definitely book this accommodation again.

Very nice hotel with neat and original decoration. It feels like you're entering the world of Alice in Wonderland. It has a very practical self-service kitchen. The bedding is comfortable as is the room. And it's very close to the metro.
