This will be our first and last stay at this hotel. We were very disappointed with the service from the reception staff. The room wasn't very clean either. The breakfast consisted of two Thai dishes and two European dishes.We're unhappy!

Not really clean. I choosed king bed and I got 2 single bed

The room is big enough and quite. Close to local market and convenience stores.

Staffs from reception used Thai language commonly and not smooth communication between customers due to language barrier but they were polite. Didn’t get the king bed room even booked since reservation.

Pretty good, the room is very spacious.

Great location (one night for airport transfer), but that's all that's good. Shower was leaking so flood in the bathroom. Cockroaches in the room. We had two kids with us but the refused to give us extra towels (seriously, a hotel can't find extra towels) Total joke.

Lucky, I can live in new room. So clean

The decor is retro, and there's a usable balcony; everything else is fairly standard. The gym is a good option.

We arrived at this hotel with dollars and they did not take them as a deposit for one night, we had to look for a room late in the evening, exchange baht for a deposit (1000 baht) in advance, overall the hotel is clean and beautiful

Convenient, clean, and the standard rooms are very good. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
