I checked in at approximately 9:20 pm last night. While the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and professional, the condition of the room provided to us was completely unacceptable. Upon entering the room, we were shocked by its condition (please refer to the attached photographs). The toilet, bathroom, vanity, and multiple fixtures were damaged or broken. The room had a strong and unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making rest difficult. Due to our late arrival and extreme fatigue, we did not raise a complaint or request a room change at the time. However, this does not diminish the seriousness of the issues encountered. Based on basic hotel standards, this room should never have been released for sale under any circumstances. We paid approximatly 1,050 THB for this room, and the condition provided does not come close to what is reasonably expected for paid accommodation. The room presented multiple functional, hygiene, and safety concerns, including but not limited to: • Continuous water leakage from the vanity sink • A hairdryer that was not securely mounted and moved during use • Shower water flooding onto the bathroom floor • A bathroom door that could not be closed due to a broken ventilation grille • A removed bedside power outlet, leaving an exposed hole • Poorly installed power outlet covers that repeatedly came loose, posing a potential safety hazard etc These issues indicate a lack of basic maintenance and quality control. Again, this room was clearly not ready to be sold, and offering it to paying guests is unacceptable. Given the condition of the room and the safety concerns involved, I believe this matter warrants serious attention. I am seeking appropriate compensation and expect the property to review its room readiness standards to ensure this does not happen to other guests. .

This hotel is so bad, I wouldn't even give it half a star! I specifically chose a room with a 'window' when booking! Who would have thought that an 'Executive Suite' advertised with a 'window' was a lie? When I got into the room, not only was there no window, but the bathroom drain had a terrible stench, and there was no exhaust fan! Can you imagine that? As soon as I opened the bathroom door, the strong smell made my eyes hurt! I immediately contacted the front desk to report the situation. They told me that all their suites don't have windows. I said this contradicted the description on the Ctrip page, and the room had a severe odor, so I requested a room change. They refused, saying there were no other rooms available. I even said an executive suite wasn't necessary, just a room with a window would be fine, but they still claimed to be fully booked and couldn't change it. Their attitude was completely uncooperative and unapologetic! I had no choice but to contact Ctrip. According to the feedback I later received from Ctrip customer service, they contacted the hotel multiple times, and the hotel gave them the same answers: no refunds, no room changes due to full occupancy, and the lack of a window in the room was not their problem. They claimed any discrepancy with the Ctrip page was Ctrip's issue, not theirs! Even the Ctrip customer service representative who was helping me was exasperated, saying she had never encountered such a terrible merchant! All they did was say 'no' to everything! No refunds, no room changes, no solutions, no accountability! Even though we took photos and videos of the room, the hotel refused to resolve the issue. We had booked for two nights, and Ctrip only compensated us for one night's stay. Since it was quite late that day, I reluctantly stayed one night with the bathroom door closed. Apart from when I was sleeping, I kept the main room door open the entire time to air it out. The next morning, I checked out and left early! I couldn't even shower because the bathroom fumes made my eyes water. The Ctrip customer service representative asked me if I had any other requests since the issue wasn't fully resolved. I said I had just one: get this hotel delisted from Ctrip! Not only is it a 'photo fraud,' but they're so brazen and arrogant about it, acting as if they've 'already got the money, can't refund or change, take it or leave it.' It's absolutely disgusting!!!

Hotel is good location

The room was clean and tidy.

Booked executive room. Bath tub plug was leaking. Rest location of hotel is good. Recpetion people is good. No toothbrush.

The room is old. It needs renovation indeed.The wall was damaged.it was  very dusty especially behind TV. One Bathroom lightbulb is broken. AC was noisy. Only receptionist I impressed. They were friendly and helpful. I didn’t take any photo because I was checking in  late and so tired from traveling.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The location was convenient and the overall experience was pleasant. Good value for the price.

Close to main Sukhumvit road, the hotel is located on a street full of interesting massage places ideal for single lonely men.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this lovely hotel for a few days and we loved it in the executive room it was absolutely huge for Bangkok standards , clean , quiet room in and absolutely fantastic location on sukemvit road 5 mins walk to the bts and loads of bars food and entertainment all super close we would definitely stay again

spacious room , comfortable bed , good if you planning to do lot of out door . air conditioner was leaking with a towel on the floor .

The room was basic and sufficient. I would say good value for the money though. The downside was that the bed was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. Was very surprised by how firm it was, but at the same time I didn't end up having a terrible sleep. Also, there was a garbage truck that parked below my window from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. sorting garbage and recycling and making noise. Not the hotel's fault, but that was what was going on right outside my window. Overall though, I would recommend.

Generally a very good place to stay , affordable and clean 🥰🥰
