The staff provided excellent service, and the location was convenient, being close to the airport. I had to request a room change due to a smell, and they handled it immediately, which was great. However, as it's an older building, it's susceptible to humidity, so the room was very damp. Also, the soundproofing is poor, and the noise from the BTS train and motorbikes was very loud.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, I have one suggestion regarding the room's interior: the dark brown sofa makes the space feel a bit dim and dull, and it unintentionally gives an impression of being less than clean. I would recommend switching to a cream or a brighter color. This small change would definitely make the room feel much fresher and brighter

2025-06-30, 2:30pm request taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport. The taxi driver drive me Wrong direction to Nana BTS station cause it is heavy traffic jam. I shout and yell and then taxi driver request me to guide him to airport. It takes me 1hour and 30min to airport. Please don’t let this taxi driver as Marriott hotel partner.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok, Sukhumvit Thonglor for leisure with my partner. Our arrival and check-in were very smooth, and our apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly functional.  The gym was excellent, and we spent plenty of time in the Executive Lounge; a great spot for breakfast and catching up on work. What stood out the most during our stay was my exchange with General Manager Aditya Malla. Personable, competent, and kind, it was a true pleasure to meet him, and as a matter of fact, we have already booked our next visit for year-end!

They took 7k deposit from me in cash and returned 4 k and said thats what we wrote. And i asked to check cameras and they said yeh we can se you paid cash but cant tell how much . They were very vague about it and didnt help at all in sorting neither let me see the cam video. I tried ti sort this amicable and patiently but they were no help and i knew i paid 7 and i knew i counted at front desk i was disappointed by the whole situation and left bad taste in mouth .

The hotel is in a convenient location. There is a pedestrian bridge linking Thong Lo BTS station to the doorstep of the hotel. There are many cafes nearby as well.

Clean, spacious room. Hotel is right next to metro and many shops or restaurants nearby but room was always quiet. Swimming pool is nice and view from restaurant is incredible but remember to book a table.

Clean room. Fast elevators. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice bathroom. Nice pool. Had no idea how to use the washer. There were no instructions. Its close to the BTS skytrain but… there’s no supermarket near by.
