Families traveling with children, you might want to steer clear of this hotel. The good thing is it's right next to a shopping center, so transportation is convenient. The downside? I didn't read the check-in policy carefully before arriving. Issues started cropping up after check-in. First, they charge for children over 6 years old, and the pricing standard is really unclear. You pay for an extra bed, and you pay for an extra person. Want an extra blanket or pillow? That's also extra. There's a separate list for every single additional charge. Since I booked in advance, I couldn't cancel. It ended up costing nearly 2000 Thai Baht extra per night. Absolutely ridiculous!

The hotel is in the city center, with a 7-Eleven downstairs that's open 24 hours, which is super convenient. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, packed with food stalls and restaurants on every floor. Plus, there's a school next door that's nice to walk around.

The location is super convenient, right above Samyan MRT station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of shops and eateries, so it's really easy to get food and do some shopping. I've stayed here multiple times. Part of the hotel also serves as student accommodation, which makes it feel quite safe.

The location is excellent, very near to SIAM and also the new mall Central Park. Everything is just perfect here. The room was cozy, and cleanliness is also top notch. Highly recommended the Triple Y Hotel for your temporary home in BKK.

The only upside was the convenient location; everything else was a letdown. As soon as I walked in, there was a strange, pungent odor. I couldn't open the windows to air it out, and slowly, a strong smell of urine started to emerge. It was truly awful. The smell was constantly emanating from the soft headboard, and I even thought they must have sprayed such a strong air freshener to cover up that urine smell. The windows and door offered no sound insulation whatsoever. There was a tremendous amount of noise from the street below and the hallway, even on the eighth floor. The slippers in the room weren't disposable and looked quite dirty. The bed was incredibly soft; lying down felt like sinking into a pit. In the bathroom, the sink faucet splattered water everywhere, and the drain was clogged. This was honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in at this price point. Choose wisely.

Not bad. Check-in was quick, and the room was quite clean. It was pretty good, but they charged a lot extra for Chinese New Year. It should be much cheaper during off-peak times.

The environment is quiet and elegant, the facilities are new and complete, and the service is professional and attentive. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. It was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is super convenient as it is located at Samyam station and linked with Samyan Mitrtown Mall. Staffs are friendly and the room is big. Definitely will be back and stay at this hotel!

The hotel's location is great, making travel convenient. The deposit was 500 baht. The only downside was that the pillows in the room were too high. It's next to Chulalongkorn University and a night market, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and a mall right next door. During this trip, I visited all the iconic attractions, including a day trip to Ayutthaya. I even went to the GMM building and was lucky enough to see JM's fan meet-up and Keen. I got to experience a Mekong River night cruise and managed to snag some Labubu Thai girls. I also made a custom DIY fridge magnet. Every day was filled with coffee, Thai milk tea, and delicious food. A perfect vacation has come to an end, looking forward to the next destination.

The location is very convenient, being situated next to the mall and close to the subway. The bed is comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

Pros: Super convenient location - located above Samyan Mitrtown and direct access to MRT station. Many cafes and different style of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Banthat Thong. Cons: The hotel does not have a restaurant, the breakfast offered by hotel is indeed provided by a 3rd party restaurant inside the shopping mall, hence as personal opinion it is not necessary to book with breakfast option as there are many other choices in and outside the shopping mall. The room is spacious however the balcony is locked and unaccessible. Also the size does not seems as big as it is described, based on rough estimation the internal net floor space is about 28 sqm against the 34 sqm as described, unless the 34 sqm mentioned is meant for gross area and including the balcony.....

Location is perfect, everything so good and nice. However, there's a gap in bathroom door, meaning outside can see inside the bathroom. A bit awkward if you're staying with friends. And the shower drains quite slow, easily flooded, you have to use your feet to shove water to the drain. But overall happy with the stay!
