The location is good, just a few hundred meters from the train station and subway station, making transportation convenient. The place is clean overall, but the facilities are average.

The room smells very musty. The smell of toilet water comes into the room because the room is small. There are no amenities. Stayed on the 5th floor, had to walk up.

I stayed here for 4 nights with 3 friends. The location is very convenient. Chinatown Yaowarat is within walking distance and MRT Hua Lamphong Station is right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to get to the city. This hotel is perfect for a large group.

Poor service, employees make faces at you. Tone of dissatisfaction when asked Knowing that we are Thai, we still speak English. There is no lobby. The accommodation looked messy and not clean like in the picture. Too bad I didn't take real photos. The real thing doesn't really look like the cover. It's both messy and dark and doesn't look clean. The area next to the building doesn't look safe, with workers and homeless people everywhere. Just walk in and have to rush back out to go stay somewhere else without even entering the room. The staff just told us what floor the accommodation was on and then walked away as if they didn't welcome us to stay at all. And still haven't told us what number our room number has disappeared. It's easy to think that if it weren't so bad, we wouldn't have gone to stay somewhere else, even though we'd already paid. Really, you should refund the money to us because the accommodation is not as described, not clean as advertised in the hole. The picture posted is the advertised picture. The actual place is much worse than in the picture. The photos are too beautiful to be true. Clearly deceiving consumers.

We were given a room on the 4th floor, although I had requested a lower one in advance due to a bad leg. They offered an elevator with an iron grate, very slow. The stairs are steep. You need to take off your shoes downstairs and if you don’t have your own slippers, immediately put on your hotel slippers. The loggia is large, there is a fan, windows open on all sides. But...you can't smoke. They looked for towels in the closets, and they were also torn. There are 2 reusable bottles in the shower, they contain liquid soap. One is thick, the other is diluted. They didn’t give us drinking water. The toilet paper is almost used. But the icing on the cake turned out to be that we had to leave at 11.00 am. Although we took this hotel to relax before a late flight. I also didn’t understand whether it was the cleaning lady or the housewife who was screaming, all rolled into one... It turns out to be a lure with a late departure... I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a B&B type. When I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon, no one responded when I rang the doorbell. I called at 3 o'clock and told them the password at the door, so I could go up to the room by myself! There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but there are no other problems, very good
