Great experience at this hotel! Great staff from reception to sky deck staff too! Very clean rooms, spotless and good views! Hotel is a walk to the main road but they offer shuttle to the main road. Good room service options and there is an Indian restaurant downstairs and coffee bar station. Hotel is very quite so good experience in terms of noise. Overall great experience at the Novotel.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel! Seems more for business travelers but the service is equally good. Had arrive at the hotel early, and while room is not ready, they offered to bring our luggage up (into the room). Came back in the evening and had a wonderful evening dinner both days, at the roof top bar and restaurant (that serve bbq ribs)! Amazing dinner as it quickly became the highlight of our stay! Great job Novotel!
Room is luxurious with comfy bed and most importantly clean. Love the interesting shower area with toilet divide; made things more convenient. My room was located in-front of the lift, so if you are a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise.
There is a wide spread of breakfast selection. From noodle soup to selections of eggs and international delicacies (miso soup, indian cuisine). In the morning, i've seen many business travelers busy at the breakfast area, makes you less relaxed if you are underdress. But that's just me.
Hotel is a walk away from Asok BTS station. There's a free tuktuk from the hotel at each 30mins interval. Got caught in the rain while walking back, so had to time your travels correctly. Else, just chill at a cafe while waiting for the rain to stop.
Overall, great hotel with a few massage shops around. The massage shop opposite the hotel is amazing! Wished i discover that earlier.

What a fabulous hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. The rooms are excellent and well kept. I will definitely be staying here again.
