Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20

This hotel was neat and clean, the fitness room was 24 hours available, but quite far from the main road and the shuttle vehicle was limited in rounds and times.

Once again the Novatel excelled in the service, cleanliness and overall performance. The rooftop bar on level 26 was amazing with the staff going above and beyond to make our nights there memorable, reserved a table each night for us and knew exactly what we wanted without having to ask Thankyou everyone you made myself and my wife feel like family David and Sawitree Batt

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rak, the Manager, who assisted me with my room reservation and recommended several great places to visit. His service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Everything was excellent and truly felt like a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Disappointing in Some Areas The hotel itself is decent and the staff were generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needs more attention. The room looked fine at first glance, but the corners of the room were visibly dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better attention to detail. The location is also not as ideal as expected. Although the hotel is within walking distance of Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, getting around by car can be quite inconvenient due to the heavy traffic in the area. (all.accor.com) The tuk-tuk shuttle service is not very flexible, with a 30-minute interval. It would be more useful if the shuttle could take guests to more convenient destinations rather than mainly the main road or Asok BTS station, especially since Asok BTS is already relatively close to the hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but I feel the cleanliness and shuttle service could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

Loved the hotel and amenities, pool was great and staff were really friendly. Lounge area was comfortable and ATMs in lobby were very convenient.
