Location is great, walking distance to BTS and MRT, shopping copmlexes Terminal 21, Emsphere etc are nearby. Clean and big room, a lot of options for breakfast.

The Hotel is situated near Asoke BTS station and is very convenient to walk to a couple of shopping malls. Room and breakfast are decent.

Excellent location in the heart of town and near to Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 (within 10 mins walking). Service is on par for a 4 star hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. As the location is prime, expect traffic jams and it would be better to commute by motorbike or BTS.

The hotel massage was of great value, room service and pad thai exceeded expectations. The room assigned was warm and welcoming.

The hotel is convenient. It is located at Em district, with walkable distance to EMSPHERE and EmQuartier where you can eat, shop and drink easily. There’s also a massage place right opposite to the hotel and even one inside the hotel. However, it’s not super close to the main road and if you are alone, it’s quite dark at night and a bit comfortable, like The 711 next to the hotel even has a drunkie lying at the staircase. About the room, it is spacious but the light is not bright and the furnitures are a bit old. I even found some red stains on my bedsheet, so i ask them to change for me , and the room service boy came up and questioned if I did this myself… I was speechless… Overall, the hotel is still okish for the price.

Executive Lounge: Having access to the Executive Lounge was a fantastic perk. Throughout the day, we enjoyed a variety of delicious refreshments, and from 5-7 pm, we indulged in complimentary cocktails and other alcoholic beverages whilst looking out over the city as the sun set upon it. The relaxed atmosphere and attentive service made it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Service and Management: The staff at Novotel were genuinely lovely—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is clearly well-managed, with everything running smoothly and efficiently, adding to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from both the MRT (Metro) and BTS (Skytrain) stations, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is bustling with a variety of dining options, from street food to upscale restaurants (I strongly recommend Esaan Nation Kitchen) as well as numerous massage parlors for a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. While it’s great for a casual browse, we found Icon Siam to be a more enjoyable destination for a full shopping experience. Additionally, the area is well-equipped with essential services, including hairdressers, laundry facilities, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters up the street, perfect for grabbing late-night snacks or drinks. This prime location offers the perfect blend of convenience and local charm, making it an excellent base for exploring Bangkok. Overall Experience: Our stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was everything we hoped for and more. The combination of a luxurious suite, excellent amenities, and outstanding service made it the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. Please ignore the bright black spot in the upper right corner at the last picture (duvet), that's from the camera. The bedding was dirty, see the pictures, the first 2 pictures is the bedsheet. I don't know is it because they didn't change it in the first place before I checked in or something went wrong during their laundry process. But it's really annoying! Why should I think about what else they forgot to clean, and I just didn't notice it yet? They changed the bedding pretty fast, within 10 minutes after my complaint. But they asked me do I want it to be changed! Like I want to sleep on the dirty bed which previous customers left? Or it wasn't washed properly? "Calm down" like it's not a big deal? Other than that everything is ok, the bed is soft enough, quiet, good location.

The hotel service was quite good with attentive staff. The breakfast was also quite good. The location was very convenient for getting around on foot, with easy access to foot massage services and a shopping mall.

This hotel has a great location in waking distance to other parts of Asok. Liked the pool bar on floor 7, we also enjoyed the sky bar on 25. If I was planning to stay in Asok, I would definitely consider staying here again!
