Eleven Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

Located on the busy Sukhumvit Soi 11 which means lots of access to great dining and entertainment, the hotel is very comfortable at a great price. All the staff were friendly, helpful and always around to be of assistance if needed. There is a rooftop pool and dining for those who want to enjoy some relaxing downtime in the middle of active Bangkok.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Everything is within walking distance and near Bts. The staff were friendly and the bed is super big and comfortable. Coffee table and chair inside the room will be much better.

Good stay Check in fast and efficient Room , large and spacious .at the front of building but very queit .no noise However if stay in on the other side Contruction and i guess noise. Pool was empty when we went , about 2pm But very hot ( no shade or umbrellas ) but maybe you like that ! Food ...as with most hotels , over priced but good . Drinks ...bottled local beer 130b Happy Hour 5 to 8pm good for cocktails 1 for 1 280b ++ Breakfast good selection ,large room and very quiet ( 9am ) when we went . Good coffee Now the not so good The hotel is a non smoking hotel and even make you sign a "pledge " not to smoke in room . However , there was a big group of people there ,who were Vaping everywhere. Some even in the pool ! If you did not know vaping is illegal in Thailand . Egg station for breakfast. Have to place order for eggs here ..and bacon ? 2 poached eggs to 20 minutes to arrive and 2 small rashers of bacon ! They ration the bacon ! Mini bar not stocked, but you can order ! But , large ,clean quiet room . Small but nice pool ( when nobody is vaping in it ) Good food . Good staff

We stayed here in total for more than 10 times, for me it’s a great price/quality combination. Hotel is not far from BTS, but be aware Soi 11 is a lively area and quite noisy at night. Breakfast is quite good, I appreciate coffee machines there. But the eggs station could be improved, is there any chance to make order without writing all the details including table number like all other hotels? We always choose Eleven when we visit Bangkok and gonna be back this year again. What surprise me, is that seems like the management don’t care if guests continue to choose hotel or not. With so frequent stays here we never had even a short “welcome back” during check in. In other Thai hotels in Lipe or Lanta after second stay we even got upgrade mentioning “welcome back and thank you for choosing us again”. We tried many hotels in the area and decided that Eleven fits our comfort the most. But the fact that they don’t appreciate customer loyalty at least with small signs confuses me. And second thing that I don’t like is that they switch off lights in restaurant 3-5 minutes before official breakfast time end, while people still sitting and enjoying cup of coffee. I addressed this 2 times already but it remains same. This small gesture always makes you feel that you are pushed out to leave. It’s the only hotel in my experience that is doing this. If hotel staff is reading this, I advise you to pay attention and change it. You can clean buffet but why turning of the lights over seating area?

This is a great hotel to stay in - location is great, staff are very friendly, and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could be better but it does the job. Will stay again.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, right in the middle of the hotspots on Soi 11. My room was neat and clean and roof top pool is great too!! I stayed here for the second time and will definitely going to stay again when I’ll be next in Bangkok.
