Wonderful stay at Four Seasons Bangkok. The service was truly exceptional and every detail felt thoughtful.

Our experience at Four Seasons was great. The service was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful, luxurious, and well maintained. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center and major attractions. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. Even before my arrival, the Concierge team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They replied promptly to my emails, assisted me in arranging a professional hair and makeup team for a wedding, and helped with restaurant reservations and various requests throughout my stay. Their service was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional. The room offered a beautiful river view, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional. One of the most impressive aspects was the landscaping. Lush greenery and beautiful plants are integrated throughout the property, creating a relaxing and peaceful environment that makes you forget you are in the middle of a busy city. Walking along the Chao Phraya River with the gentle river breeze was one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel boat service was also excellent, providing convenient access to ICONSIAM and the BTS station. The dining experience was outstanding. I dined at three different restaurants within the hotel, and every meal was excellent. The food quality, presentation, and service were consistently impressive. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This was an unforgettable stay, and I would gladly return in the future. I give Four Seasons Bangkok my highest recommendation.

The property is exceptionally well maintained, with an elegant design that creates a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality is impeccable, and the service is consistently excellent. Our room was warm and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful and relaxing stay.
