It's close to the station and there are many great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable, changing slightly every day.

Convenient location close to BTS Phrom pong just 3 to 4 mins walk. street food around the hotel and massage also. There's a convenient store 711 just down stairs . Shuttle to emporium and emsphere is available.

Great location, with plenty of malls, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel amenities are fantastic too, with a rooftop pool and a gym. The rooms are also quite spacious. Definitely worth another stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is convenient near the metro and a big shopping mall. The breakfasts are rich and delicious, it was always my favourite part of the day. The employees were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful with an amazing view of Bangkok. My favourite hotel in Bangkok!! Recommend 10/10!!

Excellent, really great! The location is fantastic, very convenient with plenty of massage parlors downstairs. They're affordable and give wonderful massages, I loved it! Thumbs up! La la la!

Minutes to BTS and the EM malls, 7-11 is downstairs the hotel. Location is the best, with many massage shops around, was given a corner hotel room. Room is clean and comfortable enough, the hallways to the rooms are quite dark, could do with brighter lightings. Concierge was helpful in collecting grab orders, special thanks to housekeeping team and Ms. Thanita. Will definitely stay again next trip

We booked two rooms at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 for our family trip and had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Sukhumvit, just steps away from Phrom Phong BTS skytrain station and directly connected to the fabulous Emporium and EmQuartier malls. It made getting around Bangkok, shopping, and finding great food so effortless and convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool for some relaxation after busy days exploring. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel in a prime spot – highly recommended for families or anyone wanting easy access to the best of Bangkok!
