The location is pretty good. Very close to major establishments. The hotel has parking area, cctv, convenience store, and pool. The rooms were clean, has an AC, balcony, blower, and basic amenities. The only thing missing is an electric kettle for boiling water. The staff were very accomodating and they speak English quite good. I would definitely come back again if I have businesses in the area. Recommended.

#positive #I was happy with the Value for Money, Nearby Shops, Room Layout; #negative #I was disappointed with the Mosquito Control Measures; I'm the 2021 PHD of Management Student in the SAU。 Though there are maybe some cockroaches in the room，but the service of hotel and the fitness center and swimming pool are wonderful for our foreign student. Buy the way，the address of the hotel is nearby the SAU，so the total score of the survey report is five stars. Maybe my feedback can help other people or classmates to the hotel.特别感谢前台那个瘦瘦高高的小哥哥，挺热情的，还会英语。

The room was good overall, but the only regret was that there was a stain on the bed blanket when I pulled it up. The staff were also very friendly and nice.
