Everything was good. Only the 1000 baht deposit bothered me because after checkout I was flying out of Thailand without a chance to use it. But luckily I raised the concern at front desk and they were flexible for alternatives like keeping the driving license instead.

The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the front counter staff could be more helpful — there was no international adapter provided. The hotel offers a convenient tuk-tuk service to Victory Monument BTS Station and King Power Duty Free, which is a nice touch. The location is convenient, with four 7-Eleven stores nearby. However, it’s quite a walk to the nearest BTS or ARL stations — around 700 meters — so be prepared if you plan to walk. A deposit of 1,000 THB is required upon check-in, but it can also be paid in other currencies of equivalent value, which is convenient for travelers.

Very clean and neat hotel. The room is spacious and the wooden look of the hotel is beautiful. It’s very convenient for public transport and easy to go to the shopping areas. There are good restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is good. The hotel is in an alley which caused some confusion for Grab drivers to find it. I’d recommend this hotel anytime. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I don't know about this place. Not a bad location, but not a great one, either. Wifi in the room (5th floor of the B building) was terrible. I could have done without the morning wake-up call from the nearby rooster. Probably would not stay here again unless nothing else is available.

The hotel was great: spacious and clean room, good location near shops and cafes, delicious breakfast, and a rooftop pool with skyscraper views. There's also a free shuttle to the metro. The only downside is that there's only a tropical shower without a handheld nozzle in the bathroom.
