Pratunam Atrium Hotel

Its just a normal hotel, rooms are too small. Overall its not worth for the money

The hotel's location is quite convenient and not bad, with easy access. It made getting around the area relatively easy, which was definitely one of the positive aspects of my stay. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The walls were extremely dirty, with visible stains and marks that made the room look poorly maintained. As shown in the attached picture, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room did not meet the standard I expected from a hotel. Seeing dirty walls immediately gave an unpleasant first impression and made the room feel unhygienic. While the basic facilities were acceptable, the lack of proper maintenance significantly affected my overall experience. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when staying at a hotel, and management should pay more attention to regular cleaning and repainting the rooms when necessary. Overall, the location is a plus, but the poor condition of the room, especially the dirty walls, overshadowed the convenience. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and improves its maintenance standards, as it has the potential to provide a much better experience.

The room is very old. You can hear everything from another room. You know when they take a shower, where they are talking about, when they go to the toilet. The heat of the shower terrible. It's automatically changed. So it's better to take a cold shower otherwise the heat will go so warm and you will burn yourself. The view of the window is terrible. For sleep comfort is not good at all. About location it is. Everything is close by and you can easily explore the whole city. You have some restaurants around you and also 7-Eleven

The hotel is abit old but overall is fine

Close to the convenience shop 7-11....and walking distance to the pratunam night market...
