The front desk service at this hotel was just okay, and the hygiene was really poor. My arms were completely covered in flea bites, and they were incredibly itchy. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but then I realized that whenever I got under the covers in bed, I'd get super itchy. Later, I found a lot of little bumps and when I saw a doctor, I learned they were flea bites. After communicating with the hotel, they changed the sheets and duvet covers, and it got a bit better! Even though it's a five-star hotel, it's a very old one. For those visiting Bangkok, choose your hotel carefully! Be very careful! Be very careful!

The hotel is beautiful inside, and the lobby's appearance is stunning. The stay was comfortable and peaceful, and the cleanliness level was exceptional.

Hotel is great but requested 10k thai baht deposits during check in. So if you are staying more then 3nights good to prepare some cash for deposits so u can get ut back instantly when u check out. Theres a free shuttle to train station , but walking distance to train station is around 5mins walk so is better to walk coz is crazy jam during day time.

The overall facilities are excellent, and the service is great with very friendly staff. However, I'm not sure if the air conditioning wasn't strong enough or what, but I constantly felt a dampness in the room, and the bedding had a humid feel to it.

The hotel environment is very comfortable and quiet, and the hotel hygiene is excellent. The location is convenient, with two 7-Eleven stores right next door. The staff are friendly and polite, and the spa massage is comfortable and reasonably priced.

The hotel was really comfortable! With friendly service staffs who even upgraded our room for us. Always love coming to Thailand as the people are so so friendly with great service people! I would return again for sure!

A pretty good hotel, with excellent facilities and service. I accidentally left something behind, and thanks to their enthusiastic help, I was able to retrieve it successfully. Unfortunately, the air conditioning could use some improvement; it was a bit noisy, and neither the temperature nor the humidity could be effectively adjusted. However, overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, is it normal to have a Bible in the drawer?

The hotel looks quite nice. Upon entering the lobby, you'll find a 'hui' shaped (horseshoe-shaped) hall with rooms distributed around the perimeter, giving it a high-end feel. There's even a small tricycle in the lobby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and offered a welcome drink. Overall, I recommend staying here.

Great stay at Lancaster Bangkok, excellent service and comfort.

This is truly great value for money. In cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen, a room like this would cost several times more.

Fantastic experience. Was there a few days after my birthday and they made my stay extra special. Great amenities and service. Location was convenient too for a short stay in town.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was large and comfortable. The front desk and concierge staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast quality was good; although there wasn't a huge variety, it was sufficient and nothing went to waste.

During weekday, there is huge traffic, make sure you have enough time before you call a grab or Taxi. The gym had classes which guest can take, it was a good workout session. Breakfast buffet changed menus every day, making sure that your stay would have varieties of food.
