Checked into the room with noisy and spoiled AC, asked for a new room and reception spoke rudely, straight away checked out and left the hotel.

It was really a satisfying stay at NAP Hotel. The location is perfect, near distance to Pratunam mall and Siam square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. Me and my friends were very happy! Will book again if I am coming to Bangkok! 🥰

The room is small but very close to Paragon. There are also free sightseeing buses that can take tourists to the mall.

nap hotel is tucked in the back of pratunam area. it is good for families who want to be close to the shopping area of pratunam but want to still enjoy a little privacy away from the chaos in the main clothing shopping area. the breakfast was simple but was well made. they have a few options to choose from. would recommend on our next visit

the hotel was quite old compared with their neighboring new hotels. however, the service was impeccable. very attentive to their guests. the room is rather small, but enough. the hot water is working well. its just one of the room that i book have broken ac, which they change the room immediately (lucky that they have a vacant room as the hotel is full booked). the tuktuk service 24/7 is also icing on the cake as they always ready to drop you off anytime

We are so happy about this place. Room: can book directly with the hotel, price is good and so surprise that they do not need deposit. The smelt at the reception make you feel like home and so comfortable when you are back from outside. They also have nice corners for taking photos. Buggy: support anytime to the meeting point where you can go for a walk to malls and market. Maybe 7 - 10mins to Platinum, Central world and others. Staff is super friendly and ready to help, especially the lady often work from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and the bellboy. The housekeeping staff also nice and everybody do their job well. To sum up, this is my second trip to Thailand so I know this area, its convenient and good location to stay. My family ( first time) but they are satisfied about the room and the service from the hotel too. Negative: small elevator just enough for 4 people with luggage. Should have staff who drive buggy on the bellboy's day off. Tip: the deluxe room is bigger, I really love the concept and the lights here and if you have a budget you should book the high room (our second room to stay 3 nites)

Everything was great. The room is tiny however it was cleaned at comfortable to stay. I love the way the tuk tuk driver can drop us to the main point that we would like to go. And really suggest to them to speed more wifi connections due to it didn’t working well and it was hard to used while we need.
