Exceptional Stay, Unforgettable Service. Exceptional service provided by the hotel staff especially Mr. Ben & another female staff provided prompt assistance when my mom lost her way on the way back to the hotel. They immediately take action to contact the police & driver which makes my mom safety back to the hotel. Really helpful & efficient service.
Mr. Yut assist to book the taxi for us when we depart to airport. The staff's collective commitment to excellence was palpable, guarantees my return and my highest recommendation.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Well furnished rooms and spacious with good views. The metro station is very nearby. The location is also good, walking distance to central Rama 9 mall. 7 eleven is just under the hotel.

Very satisfied with Somerset Rama 9. We booked a two bedroom suites for this trip. The suites is clean and it comes with 2 bathroom and 1 powder room. There is 7-11 located right next to the hotel. Super convenient!
