The hotel is brand new with a stylish and elegant decor. The location is excellent too, within walking distance to shopping malls and night markets. The infinity pool is incredibly relaxing, and they have a full range of facilities including family-friendly activities and a gym.

The location is fantastic! To the left, about 200 meters, there's a huge shopping mall directly connected to the subway station – super convenient. It's only two stops to Sukhumvit to transfer to the BTS. There are tons of food options; we had breakfast there every day, and it was delicious. Durian is half price after 8 PM, which is an amazing deal. To the right, about 200 meters, is the embassy, which made us feel really safe. If you keep walking another 800 meters, you'll hit Jodd Fairs Night Market – make sure to bring cash; the seafood is incredible! Big C is right next to the night market, perfect for picking up souvenirs. The night market's subway station is Thailand Cultural Centre, and you could probably even walk one stop from there to the hotel. Anyway, it's great, highly recommend it. The room was also very clean.

It’s the first time that I booked Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok Hotel during I travel to Thailand. Luckily, I think I made a correct decision, as the hotel is managed by the high standard. Strongly recommended.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay here. The suites have all the amenities I need, and the 24-hour gym is perfect for me – I can work out anytime without worrying about missing the closing hours if I come back late. It's so convenient and comfortable here, it feels like coming home.

Traveling with two kids, here are my thoughts: 1. It's an executive studio, with a separate bedroom and living area. 2. An extra bed can be added for just over 200 RMB. 3. The room has a great orientation, is clean, and comes with a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. 4. The hotel has a swimming pool, complimentary coffee and milk tea, and a gym. 5. Traffic in Bangkok is always bad; going anywhere usually means taking a taxi, and an 8km trip can take an hour. Try to avoid rush hour in the mornings and evenings. 6. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and a large shopping mall next door, so you're covered for food, drinks, and shopping. 7. It's quite close to many famous attractions. 8. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly.

Ascott Thonglor Bangkok has become my reliable choice when traveling. I first stayed for a week last September and returned again in late November this year, and each time felt like coming home. The staff's warmth and meticulousness were consistently excellent; every smile from check-in to check-out conveyed genuine care. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with a good balance of Thai and Western flavors, always starting the day deliciously. What touched me most was that the hotel noticed it was my birthday. Not only was my room decorated, but even the floor and central areas had warm greeting cards, and they thoughtfully presented a birthday cake—this level of unexpected attention made my trip abroad filled with warmth and pleasant surprises. Whether for an extended stay or a short visit, this place offers a comfortable, home-like experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends visiting Bangkok.

The cafeteria downstairs has amazing food, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with a great variety of delicious options. All the staff members are incredibly friendly, and the swimming pool environment is quite nice. If you're traveling as a family, I highly recommend this apartment. It features two master bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. We slept very comfortably. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and a large shopping mall, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the metro station!

The high-floor view is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. Many of them also speak Chinese, so communication is seamless. Overall, everything was great. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was excellent！ I am a very light sleeper and cannot tolerate any noise at all, as I wake up easily. After checking in, I requested a quieter room, and the hotel immediately arranged a room change for me without any hesitation. I truly appreciated how efficient and understanding they were. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room. I left my valuables in the room, and the staff carefully organized them for me without touching anything unnecessarily, which made me feel very safe and respected. There is a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and shopping malls nearby. The location is excellent — right in the city center and very convenient to get anywhere. I came to Bangkok to celebrate my birthday, and I was completely surprised when the hotel prepared a birthday cake for me on my special day. I truly did not expect that at all. A big thank you to the two staff members who personally delivered the cake to my room it meant so much to me.🥰🙏🏻 I also had packages delivered to the hotel, and the staff helped receive them properly, requiring signatures and making sure they were not taken by anyone else. They were very responsible and professional. Additionally, when I accidentally left some purchased items in the room after checking out, I contacted the hotel and they handled the lost and found process very well. I travel to Bangkok often and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel truly stands out because of how thoughtful they are in every detail. I absolutely loved my stay here. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who took such great care of me. You are all amazing, and you made me fall in love with this hotel. 💛

First off, a huge shout-out to the hotel! The room truly exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I fell asleep in seconds. The room was spotlessly clean – a dream come true for someone who pays attention to details! The staff were warm and attentive, providing exceptional care from check-in to check-out. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and I'll definitely choose Somerset Hotel again next time I visit Thailand!

Room is big and with washing machine which is a plus point. Walking less than 5mins to MRT. Staff could hv inform us abt the takeaway breakfast though. Breakfast space was limited, dishes were cold and overall limited choices. Other than that it was still a good place to stay - away from the city.

Had such an awesome experience. Very friendly staff members, beautiful interior, super clean room, room cleaning everyday, very modern, spacious room, location is good (away from city hustle and easy travel by taxi), 7-11 just downstairs (best thing for me). I would strongly recommend. Next time we will try to stay here.

Every staff was very kind to us and kids friendly hotel. We will come to visit again.
