The room is very spacious, but the hotel is quite old and feels a bit creepy at night.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room looked nothing like the photos; everything was old and worn out. The furniture was ancient, the bedsheets didn’t feel clean, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was filthy with a broken sink. Hygiene was basically zero. Reception was rude when we arrived and didn’t care about the condition of the room. I couldn’t sleep at all and checked out early. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt again, properly cleaned, and seriously improved in management. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Near bts station, easy to get to Iconsiam and traveling around, nice and helpful. Will try again.

I stayed at this hotel three times during my trip to Thailand, and it quickly became a favorite. It has a unique charm and peculiar atmosphere that make it stand out. When I return to Bangkok, this will be the first place I think of.

Stayed there for years but this was the last. I was sick and they’re more concerned about I messing up their bedsheet. I’m 62, ate something that upset my stomach and threw up, even trying my best to avoid but I was in bed with one hand covering my mouth it hard to not to split something onto the bed. If I need to pay for it not a problem but I cleaned it with my laundry soap doing such bad work as they don’t have house keeping at night and I need the bed to rest. The attitude of that front office lady the next morning which was there for years was not acceptable.

If you want a quiet hotel, don’t stay here. Ridiculously noisy. Cleaning staff very loud, they have those stupid walkie talkies that are so loud. Other guests slamming there doors at 2-3am.

The hotel is old, housekeepers are good except for the receptionist , toilet is dirty

This hotel is around Icon Siam but if you want to rent a taxi from your hotel, most of the drivers canceled your ride and it’s a little bit difficult but if you can walk when do you want to go Icon Siam during New Earth Eve, that would be ok for you guys. For me, the receptionists are not hospitality.

great service! kind staff. the swimming pool and gym are available all day. There are markets and many restaurants near the hotel. close to iconsiam, metro and bus lines.

Value for money. The location near by BTS just 5 minute walk to there. Room is also provide for smoker. All staffs are friendly and polite.

Pool and gym is in another building- they should write this in the first place. All hotel is very old, all furniture and interior are terrible and broken, not very good smell in hotel, they should really invest more in the interior. Its not worth paying that much money for the rooms. Was disapointed spending my money. About the cleaning- two times asked to change the bed, cause when i came it wasnt clean, and they said that i made it by myself- thats was nonsense, cause i just came. They dont iron it!. Then asked to change again, and they change- but put another dirty. So im not sure why, but theres a problem with cleaning staff there- maybe they are old, and dont see that its dirty i dont know, so i just slept with out the covers in bed, cause they always puted dirty. Location isnt popular or good to be- nothing to do not at day- not in the evening. Its ok that BTS is nearly (about 6-10minutes walk), so its the good thing. The staff is very nice, good speaking english, so was no problem in contacting. Water and coffee was every day in room, so its also good.
