Booked this hotel for my small family. The staffs are super helpful and the facilities are tip top. Will visit Amari again in upcoming Bangkok trip soon❤️

Booked deluxe rooms and was upgraded to premier rooms but the premier room does not have bathtub so my gal decided not to upgrade as she said she need to soak her leg after a long day walk. Not my first time staying in this hotel and can feel.that the deluxe room need to be renovate. Although all the plug was multi plug but only 1 plug can be use. I will still need to use my travel adaptor for the rest of the plug to work. I like this hotel due to it location. Close to pratunum market, platinum mall, tofu skincare, central world, big c, etc.

Stayed here for the third time, had lounge access and breakfast ala carte options were awesome and staff was good

Good service by all staff from reception, usher you to the lift , room camber, restaurants and the potter. Superb training by management to unsure all staff practice good customer service which make guests fell welcome and consider returning back. The breakfast was excellent too The hotel location is good in front of Platinum mall (where all the bargains) and 10 mins walk to Big C (biggest supermarket which close at 1am) and also walking distance to Grand World mall . The only side back is the road conjunction and noise.

Amari Bangkok – Perfect Couple’s Escape in the Heart of the City (2 Nights Stay) My partner and I stayed at Amari Bangkok for two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and warm Thai hospitality, making it an ideal choice for couples looking for a relaxing city break. Check-in & Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The team at the reception and concierge were always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Room: We stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and it was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed with a contemporary Thai touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Bangkok skyline. The bathroom was sleek and well-equipped, complete with a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. Facilities: The pool area was one of our highlights — a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. We enjoyed an afternoon lounging by the pool with cocktails from the pool bar. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the Breeze Spa was a must-do for couples; the aromatherapy massage was heavenly. Dining: Breakfast at Amaya Food Gallery was exceptional — a wide selection of Thai, Western, and Asian dishes with fresh fruit, pastries, and live cooking stations. We also had dinner one evening at Italthai, where the food and ambience made for a perfect romantic night in. Location: The location couldn’t be better — right near Siam, CentralWorld, and Pratunam, which made exploring and shopping incredibly convenient. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself felt peaceful and private. Overall: Amari Bangkok exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, attentive service, and central location made our short getaway truly memorable. It’s a wonderful choice for couples who want a blend of romance and city energy.

Nice friendly hotel , close to major shopping malls

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean, well-located, and the staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly every day. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the accessibility — since we were travelling with a stroller, the steps at the main entrance made it a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again! 🌟

Stayed in club room. Really enjoyed the club siraa facilities, fnb , n esp the signature cocktails at 530pm. Was allowed early check in n late check out, mook was really excellent in her customer service n care. Arrived at 1030am n whilst waiting for the room to be cleaned, one of the kind ladies (fai i think) got me coffee n some pastries... tried amaya for bfast on one of the days , n the depth n quality of food was also amazing. The FnB team have done so well. I also loved the panpuri toiletries..all in grt stay n will be back again :)

Travelling with 2 kids, we truly enjoyed every single minute of our stay here. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, which made everything easier for us as a family. The hotel is super clean, spacious enough for the four of us, and conveniently located just opposite Platinum Mall. Big plus point—it even has a bidet! The only small area for improvement would be to provide bottled mineral water instead of just drinking water, as the water quality felt a little doubtful 😅 Other than that, it’s highly recommended and absolutely worth every penny!
