Ambassador Hotel Bangkok

Hotel located in the heart of soi 11. Everything is nearby. but the hotel customer care is actually careless. they dont give a **** if you have any problem or not. cause they have so many corporate group booking round the years.

Stayed for 5nights. Good place for Bangladeshi people. Felt bit pricey compared to services. everything is good.

We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are spacious. Even though in old building, still the rooms conditions are satisfactory. Breakfast is good, but 90-95% items repeated daily. Gym and Pool facilities are satisfactory.

Food, cleanliness. But one thing is still unsettled. The 1000 THB they charged from my credit card not yet refunded They should be keen about those refunds

Buffet was excellent. Hotel Lobby was bigger then many 5 star hotel. Huge room with king size bed & sofa. Toilet was new & clean. Very convenient location & near to mrt. Terminal 21 is nearby.

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area. However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room. Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area. The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.

The room, as described, was spacious. The location was excellent, and the room service was good. However, the cleanliness of the room requires improvement. I observed that the room carpet was not vacuumed regularly. Additionally, the shower water flow was slow. In the bathroom, small 30 mL bottles of shampoo and body wash were provided, which is insufficient for three individuals. In other rooms of the same category, I found refillable large bottles of shampoo and body wash, which appeared discriminatory. It would be more equitable to provide the same amenities for all rooms within the same hotel category.
