The location is really great. It's a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. The swimming pool is lovely and perfect for cooling off. I stayed here six years ago as well, and you can see that the rooms are starting to look a bit dated. The air conditioning, in particular, was quite noisy.

Nice stay in great bedroom. This hotel is located in the very busy and touristic area of Khaosan Road, not the best location to relax. Expensive laundry service. But overall more than ok for the price and nice staff.

The hotel service was excellent. The concierge was very friendly and spoke Chinese. You can smoke on the balcony. All the front desk staff spoke Chinese and helped with luggage and check-in. They also gave us an introduction to the hotel. The staff were all very polite. It's a fantastic hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Thailand. They really respect customer privacy.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is great and there’s a nice gym as well. The room was perfect and even came with a large bathtub. It’s close to good restaurants and 7/11. I definitely recommend staying here.

As someone who rarely leaves negative reviews unless absolutely necessary, I felt compelled to write this one. I won’t go into every detail, but if you’re reading reviews to decide whether to stay here, my advice is simple: avoid this hotel. The rooms were nothing like the photos. They were old, dirty, tired, damaged, and poorly maintained. The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used, and the mattress had springs sticking out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. What made the experience far worse was the customer service. It was completely at odds with the warmth and hospitality we have come to expect in Thailand. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Combined with what we believe were unfair and misleading business practices, it became one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. It simply isn’t worth risking your holiday. After being given a room with all of the issues above, we spent over an hour while the staff repeatedly called the owners to ask whether we could be moved. Eventually they showed us another room, but it was in even worse condition. By that point, after both the condition of the rooms and the way we had been treated by Mint and her colleagues, we decided we could not stay and requested a refund. We were told to call back the following day because it would be sorted. We did exactly as instructed, only to be told that they were refusing the refund. Three days later, after countless conversations and repeated attempts to resolve the situation, they still refused. The complete lack of care, the broken promises, the dishonesty, and the way we were treated throughout the process was unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on how this hotel is managed and the culture created by its owners. We genuinely hope this review helps other travellers avoid going through the same experience.

Lovely welcome at the hotel. Room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Good choice for breakfast. Easy to get to main sights of Bangkok. Lovely restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

Large rooms, cool & shaded, large bathrooms, air cooled mini gym on top floor (couple of running machines, some loose weights & several mats, great for minor exercise), great pool with views over Bkk - looks great at night.

Great value for money! The staff are incredibly dedicated and polite. There are massage parlors and a 7-Eleven nearby, and it's close to Khao San Night Market but not noisy. This is my third stay here, but unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of order this time. It really needs regular maintenance checks.

Nice hotel, cool room, bathroom with a bath (not my cup of tea), I prefer a proper shower, no English chanel on TV, poor signal also, fridge had a leak, nice swimming pool!

Excellent service great staff nice breakfast Just need to update there TV to smart tv. Need at least one english speaking channel also movie channels.

The location is just excellent! The place is always clean and the stuff extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very decent. The roof pool is exactly what’s needed for an easy relaxation and the view from up there in nice. I always stay there on my visits to Bkk and have always loved it.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights . Rooms are generally clean. Toilets are exceptionally clean ! Aircon can be noisy but not those loud generator sound 😆 it's just soft white noise that puts me to sleep which is acceptable to me 😊 Staff are super polite and kind . All smiley and friendly . Offers breakfast , but we can't have it cos it's not halal . But it's okay , just next door to a halal restaurant and 7/11 ! No problem at all . EVERYDAY ROOM SERVICE ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room service staff are polite and kind too ! We took the premier suite . The sofa may need a changing cos of it's discoloration. But not so bad cos u can still sit on it and it's comfortable . Location - old bangkok town . But with loads of shops and stalls the moment u walk out of the hotel . So plus point fr me ! Lobby is nice n cosy n beautiful. Will definitely come back . Thank you Chillax resort!
