The housekeeping staff knocked on our door and asked us whether we wanted our room cleaned right now or not. I was surprised by this behavior because we hadn't hung the "please make up the room" sign on the door knob. I asked them to let me know about the available time for room cleaning service. They said it was until 5pm. I told them that we were going to go out soon and we would hang the sign so they could come and clean. However, the cleaning staff said they had many other rooms to clean, so they couldn't come back and clean ours later. We had no choice but to allow them to clean the room while we were still in it. I had never experienced anything like this in all my previous travels.

I like this hotel. The food is fine and the hotel staff are friendly.

Old but clean location good. Feel empty

There are so many problem in our Room. Ac Is not Good. Full Night disturbing sound in ac. And ac is full speed and don’t off. I was ill.. this is also not to good location. Waste of Money

This is the third time I have booked a hotel room here. It remains a good hotel and it is not expensive. The food in the restaurant is good and not expensive.

Staffs are not so approachable. Limited amenities. Old building. Good location.

Located near the metro, comfy room, no view but that's fine - it was quiet at night. Good breakfasts, not a big variety in the buffet, but it was enough and we enjoyed it. Overall, a great price/quality match.

The hotel room was not properly maintained by the cleaning stuffs. Our client was not satisfied at all and they were very disappointed about their stay at Convenient Park Hotel, Bangkok.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around. However, the room is quite old, including the furniture and bathroom. There is a noticeable cigarette smell in the room. The door has gaps, allowing noise from the hallway to be heard clearly, which made it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the staff is decent.

I was unlucky staying bat a smell room. It was very close to main road where the traffic station located.

The hotel is old like 30 years ago. All is old and not hygienic. But the environment is okay to stay.

Very bad Wi-Fi that disconnects everytime, we were located to the building that was not advirtised in trip.com, we were given a room from another building with low quality and old. Hard beds, very dirty room windows, tiny ants in bathroom and mosquitos in room, dirty elavators...

Good stay at a convenient park. Spacious hotel and rooms. Few observations. 1. Provide accessories for making coffee 2. Provide safety locker.
