The location is great, being a few minutes’ walk from Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit NRT station. The staff who checked me in when I arrived at night was average. Simply going about his work. The other staff I met during the day were great! Friendly and understanding. They acknowledged allocating me the wrong room type upon check in and had offered assistance for my future booking.
The room was pretty sizable for the price and other than the aircon being placed in the floor, the room was great. Water got cut for several hours on one night during to the disruption in water supply nearby. Other than that, no issues with the room. The bed is on a harder side though.

This nearby terminal 21 and BTS and metro station room clean and staff very friendly price reasonable around have a lot Korean food and Japan food

The staff there are very nice and while the hotel exterior may not be the most charming, rooms are big, tidy and clean. For the price paid, it is value for money. Amenities are limited but place is extremely convenient.

I accident book hotel with wrong month
and the Staff (daytime) at Check-in counter help me a lot
he changed my booked room type to upgrade type for answers my request (luv it)
room is very big with table / sofa (4 pillow)
very dark when light go out (love it)
2 towels and 1 hand towel
location is near terminal 21 / BTS MRT easy to move by train
all thing is fine.
BUT I need some fix too.
1 air conditioner is very old and dusty (they will change new one soon)
2 room is location hotel front side like no.40 and it have some Car sound on night but day time is very fine.
if you need silent at night not recommended hotel front side room.
i have to plan to back again soon.
i think after they change air conditioner
it will be better for sure

Hotel is aged, yelling for renovations. Room wise is 2 star as it is. Room service has to request to clean up room yet the bin in the toilet was not emptied. No coffee sachets in the room, you have to get your coffee/thai milk tea/milo at the lobby. Location is good.

Pros:
Good location and cleanness.
Nice staff
A bunch of new ACs were waiting in the lobby so i guess they will replace the old ones
Cons:
1) virtually no window (at 2 meters from a parking were drivers have full view on you)
2) noisy A/C (but might be replaced soon)
3) no soap in bathroom

2nd time I booked this hotel. Upon check in front desk advised that I'd ve given a free upgrade on the room type, and indeed the room was very spacious and comfortable.
Chose this hotel for the convenient location and good value to price.
