Perfectly located in Pratunam market with quick access to Market and Indian restaurants!! Wonderful staff and good service overall.

Came back here after last trip before covid. My Booking room suppose to be with balcony. But they give me room with not even window. Inform counter to change next day but maybe they forgot. Its ok no problem at all as long the room aircond is super cold and clean . The fridge also working properly and water heater also ok.
Service was great frint counter and cleaning services. Surprisingly toilet at the lobby was clean and looks new

The hotel offers excellent service, friendly staff, and a perfect location. However, the room could benefit from a humidifier to reduce humidity after baths and a designated spot to hang wet clothes. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for small improvements.

Upon check-in the reception guy welcome us like a boss. Bell Boy, House Keeper are good and friendly.
When we have breakfast, what they call it buffet breakfast is merely A choice of main course our of three, actually not a main course, just a puri, and milk, yogurt, slice bread with better and jam, coffee and tea that's it.
And the buffet line is trickly display along with other buffet line. We thought the buffet is same, and finally we were over charged.
Be aware of it.
