This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly close to the MRT, making it super easy to get around. The hotel is spotless, the room is beautifully designed, and it’s extremely comfortable — I felt right at home. On top of that, all the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ✨

1. Room condition: Poorly maintained, damp smell, dampness visible across the walls
2. Cleanliness: Room cleaning was neglectful, used soap and random clam from who ever stayed before were left there. Hope the bedsheet was clean?
3. Service: Staff were not empowered to do much beyond an awkward sorry and smile.
4. Low attention to details. Requested double bed beforehand, got single beds.

這個酒店第二次入住，離地鐵超近。感受最深的就是前台和行李員的服務，真得很貼心很有服務意識，這在一個三星酒店來説很難得了。但是房間的衞生就差強人意了，有一些小螞蟻床品比較潮，可惜了。

I have stayed in this Hotel countless times. The staff are helpful and polite, location is good since it's near the MRT station. There are plenty of shops nearby so having a quick bite is no problem. Walking distance over the road there is an Indian temple which is interesting . Worth repeating to stay in this Hotel in my next visit to Bangkok.
