Don’t like the hotel especially the service. My travel plans changed and I have to check out 1 day earlier. Could not get my money back, hotel even did not want to communicate normally kept telling that I need to contact trip. com. Trip. Com told that hotel did not agree to make a refound. The guy at the reception just told that he does not know anything. The room itself big but old and much worse then on the photos at trip.com

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! While I was in the bathroom, the overhead light suddenly exploded with sparks and lightning – it scared me half to death! The air conditioner was as loud as a ghost's scream! The sheets and pillows were full of holes! There were such sharp wooden crates at shoulder height – dents everywhere! Remember to avoid this hotel!

The second time I checked in, perhaps because I arrived at the hotel too late, the room was worse than the first time.

The room is spacious, clean, the shower is strong and has a built-in water filter. I like it very much. The bed is comfortable. The room is not noisy even though it is on the ground floor. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the end of the alley. Food, shops and pubs are all in this area. Good price and very convenient. Most importantly, there is a parking lot.

Bangkok is an impressive city and my stay was even more impressive. I chose a luxury hotel located in the city center with first-class service, comfortable environment, and spacious and bright rooms. The staff were warm and friendly and provided many useful travel tips. The hotel also has extensive facilities including a swimming pool, gym and gourmet restaurants. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Bangkok.

Clean and quiet hotel, without restaurant or breakfast but it is quite good

The old apartment was renovated. The rooms are not small and the facilities are relatively old. The service staff are not very enthusiastic.

The location is very good, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is good, and the surrounding transportation is also convenient. It is very suitable for travel. I will recommend this hotel again next time, but don't book a suite again. It's not interesting. It's a trap.
