It is really a nice place, lots of options to choose from, each floor has its own theme

Service staff are mostly quite rude. Gym is not working. Far from the main road.

Close to the arab street in sukhumvit. Breakfast was not so good.

Good hotel. Little bit old. Great location if you want to go party as its in walking distance of pub street (mini kho san road) I did not find the bar in the hotel.

Hotel Staff are very professional, one specific hotel staff that went above and beyond on helping us get things straight with our hotel booking with Agoda was Ms Moony. She was very helpful and assisted in finding out a way and alternative to get our bookings done which Agoda totally failed to do so because of Agoda's network malfunction.

3 star hotel in a developed country, 5 star hotel in Thailand? However, if the shangrila and mandarin oriental hotels in Bangkok are 5 star, then this hotel is not 5 star even by uncivilised country standards. Good luck trying to sleep on the old mattress and with noise pollution from the paper thin walls and single glazed windows. The staff wouldn’t help me get a taxi using the meter when I was on my way to the airport, that was the cherry on top of this turd hotel and country - to think they believe they are a beacon of human civilisation what a joke.

Have stayed here for many years, always great service. Old style high-rise hotel with large rooms and great views. Marble bathrooms feature both tub & shower and hot water is never a problem. A short hike to the BTS through either a congested soi 5 or quieter residential soi 7. Buffet breakfast is huge but extremely crowded with tour groups early so most comfortable dining is after 8:30 AM. Great value for money but not trendy so if you are looking for the latest & greatest pass on this hotel.

It's great to stay at the royal Benja hotel with large enough bedroom room clean bedsheets good air-conditioning powerful water shower good location and not too noisy atmosphere.

Big hotel and location at the end of sukumvit 5.. clean room and if you looking for renovated room.. choose premium deluxe room!

The hotel is very close to NANA metro station and the most exciting night life in Bangkok with a very reasonable room price.
