The apartment was in a state of significant neglect. The smell suggested that the room had not been aired for some considerable time and we mended to use perfume to freshen the air to a level we could tolerate. The kitchen was well worn and once we looked in the drawers and cupboards we elected not to use the kitchen at all The fabric covered headboard was dirty and stained and we slept side on to avoid touching it in our sleep. The paint is peeling off of the walls. The staff were pleasant enough but we will not stay there again, nor recommend anyone else does. We did not bring this up with the staff as we were there for one night prior to flying out back to Australia. I have added some pictures as reference.

First time in Thailand, booked this hotel through Trip.com. I was a bit worried about the environment and location at first, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The surroundings are great, and the front desk staff were very warm and patient, arranging a quiet room for us, which made us feel very welcome. The room was super spacious and offered excellent value for money. Both my parents were very satisfied. Downstairs is very lively and incredibly convenient. Next time I come to Thailand, I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was large and in a residential building. It was old and had very poor maintenance. Things were hanging off and the shower was leaking through the bedroom wall. If your interest is purely location and size you will not have an issue but expect a room that maybe hasn’t been decorated or maintained for many years. The swimming pool area looked in equally bad repair.

Location is accessible thro BTS's Nana station and also not far from two mosques - Indonesia mosque and arab mosque which are very much reachable by walk. However, at the same time it is challenging for muslim travellers since Sukhumvit rd are famous with bars and ladies. My room on the 5th floor was a bit noisy, can hear loud music from outside. Basic amenities are acceptable but no hotel shoe is provided (so had to buy it from the nearby 7'e store). Front desk staff were kind and polite, with understandable English.

Quick check-in. Spacious room on the fifth floor, not very well equipped, just the essentials. Hotel in an excellent location. I can't give high marks for cleanliness and facility because everything I ate or drank was infested with dozens of cockroaches. These insects problem can be eliminated or improved.

The hotel was simple and budget-friendly, but honestly, it was clean and decent for the price—actually a bit better than expected

Stayed here a few days previously. All generally good as before, however last time there was a strong smell of food in the lobby that came from staff eating their meals at or near this area. This time it was less noticeable and our stay and room was comfortable.

clean, easy checkin and checkout. No weird deposits or sketchy things. Love this place. I've stayed many times and will likely stay again.

This is a great hotel! It's right on a street with lots of bars, which is pretty lively. Just be aware that if you're going out at night, traffic can be quite bad.

The hotel's location is very good, but the rooms were very simply furnished. It is unsuitable for staying for several days and is also too noisy.But it's relatively well suited for two to three days.

supreme location, nice staff, excellent security system (i.e., every visitor should be registered with the passport or ID card before they enter the building and the lift must be used with the room card)
