A great hostel, with wonderful staff. The facilities were very clean and the atmosphere was great. It felt very warm and welcoming.

Great facilities and very friendly environment and atmosphere. Very self serve approach to breakfast and events that are held (eg. bbq dinner!). The location isn't bad as it's within walking distance to the MRT

The private room was nice, large and clean. It could have used some additional furnishings, such as a desk, given the space - but if that space wasn't there to begin with I probably wouldn't complain either. Free breakfast is instant coffee and cook your own eggs. There's currently construction outside the back of the hotel, FYI

I'd stayed at Siamaze many times pre-pandemic, shiny, modern and clean with wonderful staff, it was hard to find anything negative to write about. This was my first stay post-pandemic and overall i would stay again. It represents good value for money.
Some observations from this stay. The double room I stayed in for 5 nights was all good, they spray an 'air freshener' in the room which affects some people but you can ask them not to while you're there. The chemical smell still lingers though.
Generally the common dining area on ground level seemed a bit worn and grubbier around the edges compared to some years ago. Signs on some doors are old and faded and there's no desktop computer for guests anymore. But don't let that put you off, Siamaze still represents good value.
