This is the worst hotel that I have stayed so far. I have been assigned 4 different rooms in 24 hours due to various issues. For the first room, the room was so dirty, that the whole room and everything was covered in dust and some kind of white powder (the cupboards, floor, chairs, kitchenwares, tables, sofa, even the bed and pillow). The whole room condition is unable to stay and sleep. We noticed this after we went back to the hotel at around 3am after a night drink (after we checked in in afternoon we just left our luggage and went out and did not checked the room thoroughly, should have checked the room that time to avoid the struggle pass midnight). So we went to the reception and complained. The receptionist went to our room, took several photos to report to their manager and they gave us another room key, saying that we only can stay here for 1 night, while they will clean our original room the 2nd day and we will need to switch back.
So, we have to pack everything in the middle of the night, and moved to the 2nd room. But for this room, the cleanliness was so-so and the worst thing is there was no water to shower, not even a single drop. So we had to go back to the reception and made another complain. Then the receptionist went to our room and checked again and took several more photos. Then, we have to wait in our dirty and smelly clothes, not being able to bath at almost 4am and we were all so tired. After a while, the receptionist pass us a 3rd room card, saying that we can take a shower here at this 3rd room, and the room is strictly for showering only.
So, we had to bring our towels, clothes, showe gel and everything to the 3rd room for shower. But, the water pressure for this room is so low, that the water was just like dripping down, and the temperature was fluctuating. Also, we found a few cockroaches running around the room. But, since its almost 5am and I was dead tired, I just want to get this over with and go to bed, I just beared with it and struggled through it.
Then, the next morning, they have us a 4th room key (not back to the 1st one as mentioned, its a new room. I guess they are unable to clean the 1st room in time since its crazy dirty). So, we had topack everything again and move to the 4th room. For this room, the cleanliness was still so-so (we even found some rubbish under the sofa), but of course it was much better than the 1st room. The water pressure was okay. And we stayed here for the rest of the trip.
Overall, all 4 rooms did not provide proper shower gel and shampoo. It felt like some cheap soap and felt like it did not really clean well. And it was so exhausting and struggling for us as everything happened at 4am pass midnight, while I just want to have a warm bath and a good night sleep, but this hotel was unable to provide it. So, definitely not coming back again and difinitely not recommending it to anyone. There are much better options out there with the same price.
