Our experience was average. Only the towels were changed (I think) and the trash emptied. Toilet paper and bottle water replaced. The bath mat and bedsheets were never changed, the floor of the bedroom and bathroom were not swept throughout our stay. The shower was not draining properly so we were in a pool of water when done taking a shower.
A lot of improvements need to be made. Especially room cleanliness.

Since the flight was in the middle of the night, I quickly booked an extra night. The bar at the front desk was always open throughout the hotel.
There is no breakfast service, so it's fine if you're just staying overnight. I thought it was enough for under 1000 baht.
