The location is next to the main road, next to a 7-11 convenience store.
There is a small business district across the road where you can buy noodles, meals, and drinks. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, where you can drink and eat in the evening, and there are singers.
Get to Si Udom Station on the MRT Yellow Line. It costs 20 baht to take a model car and it takes 5 minutes to arrive. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Suan Luang Rama IX Park.
It's a pretty good location. Life functions are good.

Old condition, poor light The overall atmosphere seemed a bit lonely.
The bedroom was cleaned ok. But with the old furniture, it's a little decayed. The bathroom wall is moldy and should be renovated.

Although it is a hotel, it lacks common space and is expected to be mainly used as a serviced apartment for long-term stays. The interior of the guest room is modern and comfortable, with signs of some effort put into it, but it lacks originality and leaves an impression of lack of luxury and formality. The area around the hotel is a typical residential area and lacks tourist resources, but there are convenience stores and quite a few restaurants across the road, and the infrastructure for daily life is well-developed. Unfortunately, the parking lot does not have enough capacity, and once you leave your accommodation, you run the risk of being parked on the road.
