Thong Ta Resort and Spa

"Where do I even begin? My stay at Thong Da resort and spa was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a stale odor that seemed to permeate every inch of the building. The receptionist's attitude matched the ambiance perfectly – cold and unwelcoming. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a sight straight out of a horror movie. The bed looked like it hadn't been changed since the last century, and the sheets were stained and threadbare. The bathroom? Let's just say I've seen cleaner porta-potties at a music festival. As if the accommodations weren't bad enough, the noise level was intolerable. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a construction site, with doors slamming, people shouting, and some unidentifiable buzzing sound that seemed to come from the walls. And don't even get me started on the so-called 'continental breakfast.' It was a sad display of stale pastries and watery coffee, served in a dingy room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Eisenhower administration. Overall, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the agony and sleep in your car instead."

If it’s just for lay over it’s fine . If not it’s just a normal Hotel. Don’t need to expect anything

I do love area and near by airport, also near by market .. I do Come back with friends next time.🙏🌻

Much better than the reviews would suggest. Although the hotel has its drawbacks, such as the lack of a shuttle service and worn, dated furniture, it still serves as a decent option for a one-night stay. There is a 7/11 and local market at the end of the road. It's worth noting that the BOLT app typically offers the most affordable option for getting to the airport. While GRAB is available, it tends to be significantly more expensive.

It was pretty basic, but the price was fair. Not as close to the airport as we thought, mainly because of road works.

Nice and close to airport, was good for a quick stop over. Found a big market not that far with great authentic Thai food. Room was good value, a musky smell and no batteries in TV remote but it was ok.

Not clean. Too many insects. Walked back to the reception and was handed mosquito repellent spray.

The hotel is very old. It’s no same at all with the pictures. The hotels location is very inconvenient only for those who have to a night stay only and have a flight early morning from Supernabhumi airport. I didn’t like the service. The amenities were not given. Overall will not recommend.

Very well service and comfortable areas easy to finding food and not far from shopping area.
